E hoje a torna diferenciada, procurando adequar o exercícios com as necessidades e limites de cada um, mostrando que não é quantidade e nem exercícios acrobáticos que irão te dar mais qualidade e eficiência nos resultados procurados. E mesmo sendo em turma pequena o acompanhamento da aula é individual para a correção e instruções de cada exercício.
O studio é bem localizado, com facilidade de estacionamento, aparelhos novos, modernos e funcionais, ambiente acolhedor, limpo e organizado. E assim proporcionando qualidade para quem procura saúde e bem-estar.
I practice pilates with Bruna for at least 7 years and I went through all her evolution, from as an instructor in other studios and until the moment she was with her at Pilates Reformer, She is a great professional, always evolving the technique and new learning . And today it makes it different, trying to adapt the exercises to the needs and limits of each one, showing that it is not quantity or acrobatic exercises that will give you more quality and efficiency in the results you are looking for. And even though it is a small class, the monitoring of the class is individual for the correction and instructions of each exercise.
The studio is well located, with easy parking, new, modern and functional appliances, cozy, clean and organized environment. And thus providing quality for those looking for health and well-being.
