Conheço a loja há anos e continua nota 10, ambiente limpo, cheiroso, agradável, com espaço para deixar os clientes a vontade, inclusive com água e cafezinho para ajudar a diminuir o nervosismo causado pela ansiedade e uma equipe dedicada e educada que tem prazer no que faz. Parabéns Styllu`s Noivas!!
 Wonderful service, Janaína and Julia were super attentive, dedicated and polite... I've known the store for years and it's still a 10, clean, fragrant, pleasant environment, with space to make customers comfortable, including water and coffee to help lessening the nervousness caused by anxiety and a dedicated and polite team that takes pleasure in what they do. Congratulations Styllu's Brides!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, precário, lugar apertado e sem estrutura alguma! Certamente vive de clientes rotativos, pq não é possível que alguém volte nesse lugar! Uma demora interminável para atender e agendam retirada de todo mundo nos mesmos dias sem estrutura ALGUMA para atender! Nesse momento estou aqui a mais de 2 horas só pra retirar a roupa que não estou pagando barato(roupa bem ruim por sinal pelo preço), vou até a recepcionista avisar que já está vencendo a segunda hora do zona azul, a resposta: “Não tem o que fazer, tem que aguardar… não te avisaram que demora?” Sensacional!! Não recomendo nem pra inimigo!
Terrible service, precarious, cramped and unstructured place! It certainly lives on rotating customers, because it's not possible for anyone to come back to this place! An interminable delay to answer and they schedule everyone's withdrawal on the same days without ANY structure to answer! At the moment I've been here for more than 2 hours just to remove the clothes that I'm not paying cheaply (very bad clothes by the way for the price), I go to the receptionist to warn that the second hour of the blue zone is already expiring, the answer: "No You have to do, you have to wait... Didn't they tell you how long it takes?” Sensational!! I don't even recommend it to enemies!
