Atendimento via telefone de péssima qualidade, vc liga e ninguém atende aí vc liga novamente e do nada tá ocupado depois liga novamente e só chama!

Já fui outras vezes, a estrutura está nova, há médicos bons , porém o atendimento é péssimo. Não existe boa vontade em ajudar. Sou convencida de outra clínica e essas a mais próxima da minha casa. Pago, e quase não vou. E aí

Bom atendimento . Tentei 3 x seguidas atendimento. Uma delas o médico faltou , nao outra foi embora antes do horário informado, e por ultimo quando finalmente consegui Achar médico, eu nao estava com a carteirinha, porém tinha todos os comprovantes dos últimos meses e sequer tentaram prestar um atendimento.
Absurdo isso sim !!

Good service . I tried 3 x straight attendance. One doctor missed, not another left before the reported time, and finally when I finally got Finding doctor, I was not with the ID card, but had all the receipts of the last months and even tried to provide service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para conseguir fazer contato com a clínica só indo até lá, por telefone não consegue fazer uma marcação. Estou a 4 semanas tentando fazer marcação com o Urologista (sem sucesso). Quando vc consegui que atendam o telefone (algo quase impossível), não tem horário, ou o médico faltou é remanejaram a agenda anterior.
To be able to make contact with the clinic just going there, by phone can not make an appointment. I'm 4 weeks trying to make an appointment with the urologist (unsuccessfully). When you got the phone answered (almost impossible), there is no time, or the doctor missed is rescheduled the previous schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone e na recepção são bons. Porém marquei uma consulta pra mim no clínico geral e uma para minha enteada com a pediatra, e o atendimento da Dra. Dalva foi péssimo, uma médica super grossa, sem paciência e não examinou nada, simplesmente receitou vários exames pra fazer na clínica. Sem contar que eu fui e minha enteada fomos atendidas pela mesma pessoa, ou seja a pediatra que atendeu uma criança de 12 anos foi a mesma que me atendeu com 27. Ou seja, eles não tem profissional específico pra casa área. Por fim, péssima experiência.

Você começa a ligar as7h30 da quinta para 3 números de telefone que já estão ocupados e quando consegue falar uns 10 minutos depois descobre que o cardiologista e assim, a dermatologista só volta atender em novembro, a nutricionista na semana vai atender de tarde quando o horário é de manhã. O clínico não tem marcação e
é por ordem de chegada. As instalações da sala de espera são até razoáveis. O plano que sai por R$ 80,00 acaba se revelando inútil, melhor buscar outra opção.
