★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os molhos (ketchups, maionese) embora da marca Hentz, estavam diferentes, e a julgar pela conservação do frasco, já não era Hentz o seu conteúdo.
Sem cadeiras reservas, fiquei em pé esperando. Os molhos internos do hambúrguer eram bons, no entanto experimentei a carne pura e nao senti um sabor especial, embora tenham sido assados na brasa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porção de “1,5kg” não chega ter mais de 1,300kg COM A EMBALAGEM JUNTO. (Tenho balança calibrada). Antigamente vinha numa embalagem de pizza grande, quando chegou achei estranho pois veio na mesma embalagem da porção de 1kg, fui pesar e comprovei. Além de ser muito caro ( mais de R$70,00 fora a entrega), faz essa malandragem. Eu ERA cliente fiel, pra mim acabou, nunca mais.
Portion of “1.5kg” is not enough to have more than 1,300kg WITH THE PACKAGE TOGETHER. (I have a calibrated scale). It used to come in a large pizza package, when it arrived I thought it was strange because it came in the same package as the 1kg portion, I weighed it and checked. In addition to being very expensive (more than R$70.00 excluding delivery), it does this trickery. I WAS a loyal customer, for me it's over, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível. o lanche chegou com 1h e 20 minutos de atraso, estava frio, e ainda dizia ser contra filé no anúncio, porém a carne era claramente de uma qualidade inferior. não vale o preço, decepcionada.
horrible. the snack arrived 1h 20 minutes late, it was cold, and it still claimed to be against steak in the ad, but the meat was clearly of an inferior quality. not worth the price, disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como este lugar ainda funciona lesando seus clientes com falta de comprometimento e desrespeito não indico perca de tempo e de dinheiro pois não entregam e não devolve o dinheiro simplesmente da o lanche como entregue e ainda nos coloca numa situação constrangedora não comprem nesse lugar
I don't know how this place still works harming its customers with lack of commitment and disrespect I don't recommend wasting time and money because they don't deliver and don't return the money simply give the snack as delivered and still puts us in an embarrassing situation don't buy from this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, eu fiz um pedido de 19:50 foi a hora que eu falei com eles fechando o pedido, E deu 21:42 e o pedido não tinha sido enviado, ainda quando minha esposa entrou em contato com eles para saber o motivo de ter mais de uma hora e meia de espera, disseram que o pedido não tinha nem saido e que eles estão com problemas e que estão com atraso nas entregas de 30 minutos só que no início eles não falaram em nenhum momento que eles estavam com a demanda Alta ou seja a gente esperou mais de 1 hora e 30 minutos e o pedido não foi entregue e a gente teve que cancelar e eles ainda não pediram desculpa nem nada só botaram ( ok boa noite )
