O pet mudou de dono e marca, anteriormente era o Pet da Mel, com serviço excepcional de todos, desde gerência, veterinário, quanto as meninas do banho e tosa que inclusive continuam infelizmente nesse lugar horrível. Foi péssimo! Precisa de mudança para ontem.
I had a terrible experience with the service at the pet shop! They hung up on my face!! The pet changed owner and brand, previously it was Mel's Pet, with exceptional service from everyone, from management, veterinarian, as well as the bath and grooming girls, who unfortunately continue to be in this horrible place. It was awful! Need change for yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 6 Pets, adoram ir lá, saem do carro e entram na sala de banho sozinhas. Eles tem paciência, carinho e respeito pelos animais. Uma das minhas precisa de tratamento no banho, sempre fui atendida! Adorooooo! E super indico. Tem campanhas com promoções, ótimos produtos e toalhas esterelizadas!
I have 6 Pets, they love to go there, they get out of the car and enter the bathroom alone. They have patience, affection and respect for animals. One of mine needs treatment in the bath, I was always attended to! I love it! And I highly recommend. There are campaigns with promotions, great products and sterilized towels!
