Diária não havia sido computada. O engraçado que no dia anterior haviam me mandado mensagem perguntando se poderia ser naquele dia e eu informei que só poderia ser no dia que havia contratado. Resultado fiquei sem diarista.
E ainda me informam que foi um caso isolado. A empresa precisa respeitar mais seus clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos pela 1a vez e ficamos super decepcionados com a postura da empresa. O serviço é oferecido por hora, o que significa que é limpo o que a pessoa consegue limpar dentro do período. Nos enviaram uma funcionária grávida de 8 MESES para uma faxina de 8 horas!! Ficamos bizarramente preocupados com ela, dela cair, dela se machucar. Ela dizia que conseguia, que estava saudável. Mas a questão não é essa - uma pessoa em estado avançado de gravidez nesse nível não pode fazer esse tipo de esforço, ainda mais nesse tempo tão prolongado.
Questionei a empresa e eles disseram que ela não tinha sido afastada por nenhum medico, que estava apta. Mas é obvio que ela não está totalmente apta pra subir escada, limpar armario alto, abaixar o tempo todo, fazer esforço fisico, inalar produto de limpeza e tudo mais que uma faxina de - 8 horas - demanda SEM prejudicar ela (gravida de 8 meses!!!) e o resultado da faxina. Ela não precisa estar já 'não saudável' pra isso não ser seguro pra ela nessa fase da gravidez!!! E obviamente ela não consegue fazer o serviço da forma que eles dizem que é feito.
Que fique claro que essa é uma crítica à irresponsabilidade da EMPRESA, que deveria oferecer algum tipo de auxílio e não colocar ela pra trabalhar com esforço por 8 horas quase no fim da gravidez e não à funcionaria (muito simpática por sinal). E que eles pelo menos avisem, pq com ctz não seria nossa escolha compactuar com essa irresponsabilidade.
We hired for the 1st time and were super disappointed with the company's posture. The service is offered by the hour, which means that what the person can clean within the period is cleaned. They sent us an 8-MONTH pregnant employee for an 8-hour cleaning!! We were bizarrely worried about her, her falling, her getting hurt. She said she could do it, that she was healthy. But that's not the point - a person in an advanced stage of pregnancy at this level cannot make that kind of effort, especially in such a long time.
I questioned the company and they said that she had not been dismissed by any doctor, that she was fit. But it is obvious that she is not fully able to climb stairs, clean high cabinets, crouch down all the time, make physical effort, inhale cleaning product and everything else than an - 8 hour cleaning - demands WITHOUT harming her (8 months pregnant !!!) and the result of the cleaning. She doesn't need to be 'unhealthy' for it to be safe for her at this stage of pregnancy!!! And obviously she can't do the job the way they say it's done.
Let it be clear that this is a criticism of the COMPANY's irresponsibility, which should offer some kind of help and not put her to work with effort for 8 hours near the end of the pregnancy and it would not work (very nice by the way). And let them at least let them know, because with ctz it would not be our choice to condone this irresponsibility.
