Qdo foi no outro dia, que veio terminar o serviço viu que o cimento já havia rachado.
Refez uma parte do serviço dizendo que voltaria às três horas pra terminá-lo, até hj nada.
Não recomendo!!!
Novos fatos a respeito da minha postagem acima.
Mais de uma semana.
Contratamos o serviço do super marido para a colocação de um portão social simples no início de novembro, eles mandaram o eletricista Marcelo que demorou uma semana para colocar o portão, pois vinha trabalhar, ficava 2 horas e ia embora, ele colocou o portão mas o portão caiu, soltou inteiro do muro; após 5 visitas desse eletricista ( o que não tínhamos ideia que era eletricista e ficamos sabendo só quando veio outro pedreiro) e muitas reclamações no whats up da empresa, o mesmo disse que não tinha capacidade de arrumar o portão que ele mesmo tinha colocado e entortado. Eu entrei em contato com a empresa e falei com o Junior que me disse que mandaria outro pedreiro, lembrando que o primeiro era eletricista e não pedreiro, veio o Vivaldo, que olhou o que o companheiro de empresa fez e ficou horrorizado, dizendo a frase: "ele não é pedreiro e suja nossa imagem pegando esses serviços por falta de serviço na área dele"; após a avaliação do Vivaldo, ele definiu que dava para refazer o serviço que o Marcelo havia deixado quebrado. Mas como já esperávamos, o portão teve que ser comprado novamente e a empresa Super Marido comprou um novo portão. Quando o Vivaldo tirou o portão que o Marcelo quebrou e entortou, para colocar o novo portão, ele disse que o muro não aguentaria, pela forma como tudo foi feito, voltou para a empresa e então, entrei em contato, mas a Viviane, pois o Junior não me atendeu mais, diz que: " entendemos que esteja frustada, mas já devolvemos o portão que foi quebrado e não temos mais nada que possamos fazer em relação ao muro, não podemos obrigar o pedreiro Vivaldo a arrumar o que o Marcelo fez, sinto muito"..... Como disse a ela, não foi um caso de "frustração" e sim, que duas pessoas da mesma empresa estragaram um muro para colocar um simples portão e estão se isentando da responsabilidade. Se o muro tinha problema desde o início, onde está a capacidade do "técnico", como a própria Viviane chamou os "profissionais" que mandou em minha casa????? Pois bem, nunca tive contato com tamanha falta de capacidade e responsabilidade de uma empresa como a do Super Marido.
Que decepção, tive ótimas referencias a respeito da empresa.
My experience was terrible, I hired the mason service, he came in one day and put a gate for me.
The next day, when the service ended, he saw that the cement had already cracked.
He remade part of the job saying that he would be back at three o'clock to finish it, until now.

We hired the super husband service for the placement of a simple social gate in the beginning of November, they sent the electrician Marcelo who took a week to put the gate, as he came to work, stayed for 2 hours and left, he put the gate but the the gate fell, let go completely from the wall; after 5 visits by this electrician (which we had no idea he was an electrician and we only learned about it when another bricklayer came) and many complaints on whats up of the company, he said he had no ability to fix the gate that he himself had placed and bent . I contacted the company and talked to Junior who told me he would send another bricklayer, remembering that the first was an electrician and not a bricklayer, came Vivaldo, who looked at what the company fellow did and was horrified, saying the sentence : "he is not a bricklayer and our image gets dirty taking these services due to lack of service in his area"; after Vivaldo's evaluation, he defined that it was possible to redo the service that Marcelo had left broken. But as we expected, the gate had to be bought again and the company Super Marido bought a new gate. When Vivaldo removed the gate that Marcelo broke and bent, to put the new gate, he said that the wall would not be able to, because of the way everything was done, he went back to the company and then, I got in touch, but Viviane, because Junior didn't answer me anymore, says that: "we understand that you are frustrated, but we have already returned the broken gate and we have nothing more to do in relation to the wall, we cannot force bricklayer Vivaldo to fix what Marcelo did , I'm sorry "..... What a disappointment, I had great references about the company.
