Resolveram meu problema que era extremamente simples (uma rosca espanada na pedaleira, provavelmente porque foi mal instalada) e não cobraram nada por isso. Eu quis pagar, mas não quiseram aceitar. I turned to their service after having a problem with mounting a new bike in the bike shop behind Carrefour and they served me very well. They solved my problem that was extremely simple (a screwed thread on the crankset, probably because it was badly installed) and they didn't charge anything for it. I wanted to pay, but they would not accept. They won a client and I will refer to everyone. If I could, I would grade 10
