10 pieces were missing from my last order. I made a complaint in their urges and in the ifood app itself...same thing as nothing. Terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido as 22:50hrs liguei as 00:40 pois o pedido já tinha marcado que havia saído à 30min, a justificativa que o atendente me deu foi que a moto do entregador havia furado o pneu mas que outro já estava a caminho. 1:15 da manhã e ainda não chegou, e eles sequer tem mais alguma desculpa pra dar... Conclusão: Estou indo dormir com fome, pois o pedido não veio.
I placed the order at 22:50hrs I called at 00:40 because the order had already left at 30min, the justification the attendant gave me was that the delivery person's motorcycle had a flat tire but another one was already on the way. 1:15 am and it hasn't arrived yet, and they don't even have any more excuses to give... Conclusion: I'm going to bed hungry, because the order didn't come.

They don't have enough motoboys to deliver, making the delay long, and even then they charge 9 reais per order
