★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As avaliacoes positivas que tem aqui sao de funcionários. Absurdamente ridículo. Empresa desastrosa, na administração do meu imóvel, parecia a empresa dos trapalhões! E o pior, nao respondem, parecem estar fugindo, pois sabem que cometeram erros grosseiros, dignos de mau caratismo! Recomendo que tomem muito cuidado com essa empresa, de preferencoa,passem longe!
The positive evaluations you have here are from employees. Absurdly ridiculous. Disastrous company, in the administration of my property, it looked like a bumbling company! And what's worse, they don't respond, they seem to be running away, because they know they've made gross mistakes, worthy of bad character! I recommend that you take great care with this company, preferably go far!

Tenho um imóvel sendo administrado por essa administradora há cerca de 1 ano e meio.
Há alguns meses ficamos sem receber o aluguel e, ao entrar em contato com a administradora tivemos a resposta de que os inquilinos estavam questionando cobranças indevidas.
Só soubemos disso após inúmeras tentativas - pq a SV não respondia!
A partir daí foi surpresa atrás de surpresa;
Eles cobravam dos inquilinos o fundo de obras e descontavam também de nós!
Pedimos o contato dos inquilinos e a SV nunca respondeu essa solicitação.
Quando conseguimos, por conta própria, o contato, os inquilinos nos informaram que há mais de um ano passaram para a administradora que havia dano no sistema elétrico do nosso apartamento mas nós, os proprietários, nunca fomos informados de nada!
Agora, os inquilinos estão saindo devido a todos esses erros da SV e a administradora não responde nossos emails, ligações e mensagens.
Estão nos ignorando desde que soubemos do ocorrido - e só soubemos detalhes pq descobrimos o contato dos inquilinos.
Enfim, estamos acionando na justiça para que tenhamos nossos danos ressarcidos.
Terrible service, undue charges, carelessness in administration and unresponsive customers!
I have a property being managed by this administrator for about 1 year and a half.
A few months ago we didn't receive the rent and, when contacting the administrator, we got the answer that the tenants were questioning improper charges.
We only found out about this after countless attempts - because the SV didn't respond!
From there it was surprise after surprise;
They charged the tenants for the construction fund and also deducted it from us!
We asked for the tenants' contact details and SV never responded to this request.
When we got the contact on our own, the tenants informed us that more than a year ago they had passed on to the administrator that there was damage to our apartment's electrical system, but we, the owners, were never informed of anything!
Now the tenants are leaving due to all these errors from SV and the administrator does not respond to our emails, calls and messages.
They've been ignoring us since we heard about what happened - and we only knew details because we found out the tenants' contact details.
Anyway, we are suing in court so that we have our damages compensated.
