â â â â â Pesquisei no google e solicitei uma visita, vieiram no dia e fizeram o orcamento. Autorizei o serviço, mas ficaram de comparecer no outro dia no primeiro horĂĄrio da manhĂŁ nĂŁo aconteceu, pois de tarde eu teria um compromisso. O tĂ©cnico chegou jĂĄ terminando o horĂĄrio da manhĂŁ. Acho quando o cliente solicita um servico e Ă© alinhado pra que seja feito dentro do que ficou acertado, nada mais justo de ser cumprido. O serviço foi feito, mas num espaço de tempo corrido.
 I searched on google and requested a visit, they came on the day and did the budget. I authorized the service, but they were absent the other day at the first time in the morning, it didn't happen, because in the afternoon I would have an appointment. The technician arrived already finishing the morning schedule. I think when the client requests a service and is aligned so that it is done within what was agreed, nothing more fair to be accomplished. The job was done, but in a span of time.

â â â â â Prestação do serviço foi muito boa; o tĂ©cnico foi excelente. Mas o contato da empresa para passar o orçamento deixa a desejar. Deveria ter gravado a conversa. Me passaram um valor que eu entendi ser o valor final, mas depois informaram que tinha que pagar a visita. Na negociação, eu informei que NĂO tinha pago o valor da visita pois eu realizaria o serviço, o qual foi feito -- a empresa informou que eu tinha dito que tinha pago a visita me contrariando! No final das contas, me deram um "desconto" no valor total, mas nĂŁo foi o combinado e nĂŁo reconheceram que de forma alguma agi de mĂĄ fĂ©. Prestem atenção ao valor final passado pela empresa!
Service provision was very good; the technician was excellent. But the contact of the company to spend the budget leaves something to be desired. I should have recorded the conversation. They gave me an amount that I understood to be the final amount, but later they informed me that I had to pay the visit. In the negotiation, I informed that I had NOT paid the visit fee because I would perform the service, which was done - the company informed me that I had said that I had paid the visit against me! At the end of the day, they gave me a "discount" on the total amount, but it was not agreed and they did not recognize that in any way I acted in bad faith. Pay attention to the final value passed by the company!

â â â â â NĂŁo recomendo em nenhuma hipĂłtese essa empresa. Ela nĂŁo cumpriu com o que havia negociado e ainda fez um orçamento absurdamente fora do real. Fiz o orçamento em outras empresas do problema que foi diagnĂłstico por eles e para minha surpresa o valor cobrado por essa empresa foi o dobro do real valor que deveria ser cobrado.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. She did not comply with what she had negotiated and even made a budget absurdly out of the real. I made the budget in other companies of the problem that was diagnosed by them and to my surprise the amount charged by that company was twice the real amount that should be charged.

I don't recommend it, I requested the service, I paid R$ 350.00, the technician replaced a part, the other day the problem came back again, I've called countless times and I always get stuck. So far nothing has been resolved, I will look for my rights.

We spent more than a month to solve a problem with our refrigerator. After several unsuccessful repair attempts, they took the machine to the workshop and brought it working, however, without the freezer's temperature regulation functions. I do not recommend this establishment.

Das duas datas marcadas para execução da manutenção, o tĂ©cnico faltou todas. E nem dĂŁo satisfação. Foi necessĂĄrio ligar na empresa e mesmo assim nĂŁo cumpriram o agendamento. Outro ponto vergonhoso, o orçamento que o tĂ©cnico fez era de uns R$330,00!! Como nĂŁo cumprem agendamento, desisti e realizei a manutenção do fogĂŁo con outra empresa, a FogĂŁotec. Essa agendou com dia e horĂĄrio. Cumpriu. E nĂŁo teve a brincadeira de ir num dia para orçar e marcar em outro para executar. Fez tudo ao mesmo tempo, e, detalhe, o valor da manutenção ficou em R$ 172,00!!!!Ainda dividiram em 10 vezes!!! Nunca mais chamo a TAF para nada. AlĂ©m da falta de compromisso, ainda cobram carĂssimo!!!!
