★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não pode chover ou ventar que a internet sai e demora umas 2 as 3 horas para voltar tem dia que fica o dia inteiro e depois de 3 mês de uso fica saindo toda hora e fica muito fraca só o primeiro mês que foi bom estou desapontado com essa internet não recomendo eu moro no mantiqueira em Pindamonhangaba
 It can't rain or wind that the internet goes out and it takes about 2 to 3 hours to get back there is a day that stays all day and after 3 months of use it keeps going out all the time and it gets very weak only the first month that was good I'm disappointed with I do not recommend this internet I live in the mantiqueira in Pindamonhangaba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 7 anos pagando em dia foi um transtorno pra pedir pra arrumarem minha internet e no final tive de cancelar pois não tem jeito, atendimento fraco depois que a América Net comprou. Antes era otimo
After 7 years paying on time it was a hassle to ask to get my internet fixed and in the end I had to cancel because there is no way, poor service after América Net bought it. Before it was great

Me chamo Fernando Lopes sou morador do residencial Laguna (Pindamonhangaba) e estou passando por aqui para registrar um breve relato do que aconteceu comigo ontem referente ao atendimento do prestador de serviço de internet (vocês) a empresa Target Net.
Há quatro dias fiz adesão de um plano de internet onde no segundo dia apresentou problema com o aparelho (modem) instalado em minha casa...
Liguei ontem (19/06/20) 09:00 da manhã e fui atendido prontamente pelo sr. Wesley do suporte técnico aonde depois de alguns teste constatou a necessidade de me enviar um técnico em minha residência ... Com previsão de chegada 14:30.
Por volta das 14:40 chegaram o supervisor Caleb e o técnico Laércio onde os mesmos com muita prestatividade me explicaram como funciona o equipamento , sinal , detalhes de conexões e outros ...
Logo em seguida foram fazer os testes e realmente constataram irregularidade no aparelho modem.
Para minha surpresa o Sr. Caleb me informou se os mesmos poderiam trabalhar na instalação de cabos e na troca dos equipamentos .... fiquei surpreso por que eles queriam imediatamente resolver o meu problema sem colocar algum obstáculo.
Palavras do Caleb ("não iremos sair daqui, sem resolver o seu problema " Sr. Fernando).
Como a casa é grande eles passaram os cabos em três cômodos ligando a internet em vários pontos (tvs , computador ).
Os mesmos terminaram os trabalhos por volta das 20:00hs e deixaram a minha internet sensacional.
Falei para eles que o que faz a diferença de um bom profissional para um outro profissional são as atitudes ...
Eles foram do começo até o fim extremamente profissionais e prestativos
e resolveram os meus problemas.
Quem quer faz e quem não quer da desculpas..
Quero deixar isso registrado para target Net que está de parabéns ...
Ótimos profissionais que fazem a diferença ...

My name is Fernando Lopes and I live in the residential Laguna (Pindamonhangaba) and I'm passing by to register a brief account of what happened to me yesterday regarding the service provided by the internet service provider (you), the company Target Net.
Four days ago I signed up for an internet plan where on the second day I had a problem with the device (modem) installed in my house ...
I called yesterday (19/06/20) 09:00 of the morning and I was attended promptly by mr. Wesley from the technical support where after some tests he realized the need to send me a technician at my residence ... With an estimated arrival time of 2:30 pm.
At around 14:40 the supervisor Caleb and technician Laércio arrived where they very helpfully explained to me how the equipment, signal, connection details and others work ...
Soon afterwards they went to do the tests and really found an irregularity in the modem device.
To my surprise, Mr. Caleb informed me if they could work on installing cables and changing equipment .... I was surprised that they wanted to immediately solve my problem without putting up any obstacles.

As the house is large, they passed the cables in three rooms, connecting the internet at various points (TVs, computer).
They finished their work around 20: 00hs and left my internet sensational.

They were extremely professional and helpful from start to finish
and solved my problems.
Who wants to do it and who doesn't want to make excuses ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente de vocês há algum tempo e não obtive boa experiência, via rádio não recomendo, agora sobre a fibra óptica não posso opinar sobre, pois na época não havia no meu bairro.
Instalei a VIVAS e não tenho do que reclamar.

Internet caiu mais de 13x em 1 mês, internet de “500mb” lentíssima, os telefones pra ligar em Pinda não funcionam, demora pra resolver os problemas…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência,contratei um combo com 3 Chips+internet, só funcionou 1 chip e mesmo assim eles cobraram o valor total do combo durante 1 ano,péssima assistência, você liga ninguém resolve nada, internet cai várias com frequência, não recomendo.
Bad experience, I hired a combo with 3 Chips + internet, only 1 chip worked and even then they charged the full amount of the combo for 1 year, bad assistance, you call nobody solves anything, internet drops several times, I don't recommend it.

Em um mês quando tem sinal a velocidade é péssima, cai toda hora se contar em 30 diasvc fica quase metade sem internet ou com péssimo funcionamento.
Suporte técnico horrível.
