★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou no do recife ou no do riomar e gosto muito, mas hohe fui ao do guararapes e foi simplesmente HORRÍVEL o chá é maravilhoso agora o atendimento é deprimente, as funcionárias estavam nem aí e demoraram mais de 10 min para preparar o chá só tinha uma pessoa na minha frente, fiquei realmente triste por o atendimento sempre ser rápido e hoje demorar tanto elas também estavam debatendo com a cliente que estava antes de mim ao invés de explicar. Uma menininha falou pro pai dela literalmente "pai pede pra mulher fazer o nosso pq ela não quer fazer o da moça"
I always go to the reef or the riomar and I like it a lot, but now I went to the Guararapes and it was just HORRIBLE the tea is wonderful now the service is depressing, the employees didn't care and it took more than 10 minutes to prepare the tea. a person in front of me, I was really sad because the service was always fast and today it takes so long, they were also debating with the client who was before me instead of explaining. A little girl told her father literally "father asks the woman to do ours because she doesn't want to do the girl's"
