★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço tão ruim que menos de um mês após o conserto, houve outro defeito diferente do anterior. Meses sem resposta ou solução.
 Service so bad that less than a month after repair, there was another defect other than the previous one. Months with no answer or solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu microondas para arrumar e ficou 250,00. Ao chegar em casa identifiquei outro problema...levei novamente e foi a maior enrolação, tinha que pedir outra peça, ela nunca chegava, aí pedi o dinheiro de volta e no dia combinado ele dizia que não tinha... Aí como garantia peguei um microondas usado. Ele trocou de celular por 2x, o estabelecimento fica mais fechado do que aberto... não recomendo de forma alguma essa assistência...e pelo comentário dessa pessoa abaixo, pelo visto é padrão consertar o produto "meia boca" e depois ele apresentar outro problema...e vc fica com o prejuízo...Péssimo profissional...

I took it again and it was a big mess, I had to ask for another part, it never arrived, then I asked for the money back and on the agreed day he said there was no... Then as a guarantee I took it a used microwave. He changed his cell phone for 2x, the establishment is more closed than open... I do not recommend this assistance at all... and according to this person's comment below, it seems that it is standard to fix the product "half mouth" and then present it another problem...and you keep the loss...Terrible professional...
