★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, péssimo e falta de respeito com consumidor, entrei em contato via tel fiquei mais de 10 minutos na ura, até que atendeu uma tal funcionaria chamada D#nis#, e, me deixou aproximadamente 45 minutos(anexo1) esperando no telefone até que desisti. Não entregam a mercadoria no prazo estipulado, se passaram 11 dias do prazo estipulado e minha mercadoria continua retida na transportadora.
 Horrible, terrible service and lack of respect for the consumer, I got in touch via tel, I was in the ura for more than 10 minutes, until I answered such a function called D#nis#, and left me approximately 45 minutes (attachment 1) waiting on the phone until that I gave up. They do not deliver the goods within the stipulated period, 11 days have passed by the stipulated period and my merchandise is still being held by the carrier.

I bought goods to arrive on 01/14, the goods have been stopped for two days in the destination municipality, I called to find out and was informed I want the deadline is 01/21, they are right, that's the deadline and that's it.... they don't solve anything... they still say they're right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Ninguém atende o telefone. Não há meios de conversar e reclamar sobre produto pendente de entregue. Você liga e sempre cai na mensagem de que não há atendentes disponíveis e a ligação cai.
Bad company. No one answer the phone. There is no way to talk and complain about product pending delivery. You call and always get the message that there are no operators available and the call drops.

Worst carrier I've ever seen. My merchandise has been with them for days and apparently running inside the truck without being delivered to my address. The attendant does nothing and I am only informed that “it will be delivered today”, more than a week ago. TERRIBLE service

Company is with my merchandise purchased online for more than 17 days and does not deliver to home. The restriction code was updated 7 days ago and is completely outdated. No one answers the available phones. I think they went broke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site da Magazine Luiza para ser entrega em xxxx-MG no dia 08/12 com previsão de ENTREGA para 22/12/2021.
Depois, alteraram a data de entrega para dia 28/12/2021 e não entregaram. Não atendem ligação, não respondem pelo WhatsApp não sabem de nada.
O problema é que era uma compra de presente de Natal para minha filha é que não chegou.
Péssima transportadora.
I made a purchase through Magazine Luiza's website to be delivered to xxxx-MG on 12/08 with delivery forecast for 12/22/2021.
Afterwards, they changed the delivery date to 12/28/2021 and did not deliver. They don't answer calls, don't answer by WhatsApp they don't know anything.
The problem is that it was a Christmas gift purchase for my daughter, it didn't arrive.
Bad carrier.

Deveriam trazerem um móvel de BH para SP e o extraviaram, deram informações desencontradas, um atendimento sem nenhum profissionalismo, tive que ligar inúmeras vezes, e depois de muita insistência minha, o localizaram e disseram que entregariam no dia seguinte; mas não houve entrega nenhuma. A coleta do móvel em BH ocorreu há mais de 10 dias e continuo esperando. Não houve entrega e nem contato algum da empresa. Continuo ligando para eles, mas sem resultado. NÃO CONTRATEM ESTÁ EMPRESA.
It is the WORST shipping company in the country. Never hire this company. They should have brought a piece of furniture from BH to SP and they lost it, they gave me different information, a service without any professionalism, I had to call numerous times, and after much insistence on my part, they located it and said they would deliver the next day; but there was no delivery. The collection of the furniture in BH took place more than 10 days ago and I'm still waiting. There was no delivery or contact from the company. I keep calling them, but to no avail. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Comprei no site grão de gente um berço e uma cômoda para o meu bebê com a previsão de data de entrega para dia 28/03. Desde o dia 23/03 a mercadoria está com a transportadora e não entregaram. Mudam o prazo de entrega, falam que vão entregar, atualizam no rastreio, mas não entregam. Estou precisando com urgência dos itens, pois estou no final da gravidez e só vejo descaso com o consumidor e falta de profissionalismo. Hoje é dia 12/04 e não sei quando vão entregar. Isso sem contar com o fato de que tem que ter alguém disponível em casa para receber a mercadoria. Compro muita coisa online e nunca me deparei com um serviço tão ruim.
Bad experience. I bought a crib and a dresser for my baby on the Grain de Gente website, with the expected delivery date for 03/28. Since the 23/03th, the goods are with the carrier and they have not delivered. They change the delivery time, say they will deliver, update the tracking, but they don't deliver. I'm in urgent need of the items, because I'm at the end of my pregnancy and all I see is negligence with the consumer and lack of professionalism. Today is the 12/04th and I don't know when they will deliver. Not to mention the fact that someone has to be available at home to receive the goods. I buy a lot online and I have never come across such a bad service.
