★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , péssimo ,péssimo os funcionários são gente boa mas são muito enrolados deixei o micro-ondas em meados de dezembro é um mês e 1/2 depois eles nem colocaram a mão primeiro foi a peça q não chegou depois a peça chegou e não fizeram nada.dei uma estrela pq fui forçado ,nunca mais.
Lousy, lousy, lousy the staff are good people but they are very tangled I left the microwave in mid-December it's a month and 1/2 later they didn't even put their hand in first it was the piece that didn't arrive after the piece arrived and they didn't nada.dei a star because I was forced, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta responsabilidade com o bem do cliente. Péssimo atendimento. Deixei a tv e tive que quase implorar por um parecer. A tv sempre em teste .Cada hora era uma resposta. Comecei o atendimento no ZAP e já não respondiam. Por telefone não sabiam. Fui pessoalmente e tive que ouvir que não tinha mais conserto e que eles se encarregavam de levar a carcaça para reciclagem. Tudo muito no achismo, tudo muito estranho. Sem comprometimento, sem responsabilidade. Perdi a tv sem ao menos poder dizer ao certo que ela não tinha mesmo conserto. Larguei lá, nem fui buscar mas achei tudo muito estranho.
Lack responsibility for the good of the client. Poor service. I left the TV and had to almost beg for an opinion. The tv was always in the test. Every hour was an answer. I started the ZAP service and they no longer answered. On the phone they did not know. I went in person and I had to hear that they had no further repair and that they were in charge of taking the carcase for recycling. All very inquisitiveness, all very strange. No commitment, no responsibility. I lost the TV without even being able to say for sure that it did not really work. I left there, I did not even get it, but I found everything very strange.
