★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente é horrível. Internet cai toda hora, já perdi aulas por causa deles. Os técnicos são bacanas, explicam certinho o que ocorre, mas uma atendente foi grossa comigo. Difícil entender esse povo, pq dependem do cliente e os tratam mal.
Precisa melhorar muito, pra merecer 5 estrelas.
Customer service is awful. Internet goes down all the time, I already missed classes because of them. The technicians are nice, they explain exactly what happens, but one attendant was rude to me. Difficult to understand these people, because they depend on the client and treat them badly.
It needs to improve a lot, to deserve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não entregam carnê e nem mesmo boleto e mesmo assim cortam. Porém, a internet em si é ótima, mas o atendimento por telefone... uma funcionária que parece não saber conversar e ainda por cima atende com mal humor.
Poor service, they don't deliver a booklet or even a ticket and even so they cut it. However, the internet itself is great, but the telephone service... an employee who doesn't seem to know how to talk and on top of that, answers in a bad mood.
