Ponto positivo: tem bastante agência de ônibus com preços bem acessíveis, tem wi-fi gratuito e com o sinal muito bom, tomadas para carregar o celular, muitos assentos, sanitários gratuitos, bebedouro, lanchonetes muito boas e perto tem mercado, MC Donald's e muitas outras lanchonetes ?.
Ponto negativo: Falta de segurança de madrugada, pessoas estranhas te encarando e olhando para as malas só esperando dormir para roubar algo, rodoviária totalmente aberta passei frio nessa madrugada ❄️?.
 Very good bus station just needs some improvement.?
Positive point: there are plenty of bus agencies with very affordable prices, free Wi-Fi and a very good signal, sockets to charge your cell phone, lots of seats, free toilets, water cooler, very good cafeterias and there is a market, MC Donald's and many other snack bars ?.
Negative point: Lack of security at dawn, strange people staring at you and looking at your bags just waiting to sleep to steal something, the bus station was totally open this morning ❄️?.

Funcionários em sua maioria sempre educados e prestativos.
Coisas ruins são as lojas e o atendimento dos restaurantes, lanches mais caros (mesmo os tabelados como o BOB´s, poucas opções de lanches e caros.
One of the best and widest bus terminals in Brazil, without many delays, very organized in terms of schedules and platforms. Easy subway access and exclusive car platform for apps.
Staff for the most part always polite and helpful.
Bad things are the stores and the service at the restaurants, more expensive snacks (even those listed as BOB's, few snack options and expensive ones.
