★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo! Meu ônibus saiu com 1:30min de atraso sem nenhuma explicação e durante o trajeto conseguiu se atrasar ainda mais....sem nenhuma explicação!! Perdi voo, perdi compromisso, nenhum reembolso...lixo!!!
A trash! My bus left 1: 30min late with no explanation and during the journey managed to be even more delayed .... without any explanation !! I missed a flight, I missed an appointment, no refund ... garbage !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus para o rj razoavelmente bom e guichê ok. O atendente da tarde/noite é muito gente boa, mas a atendente da manhã é horrível. Para informações, somente indo até o guichê pois eles não têm telefone.
Bus to RJ reasonably good and ticket window ok. The afternoon / night attendant is very nice, but the morning attendant is horrible. For information, just go to the counter because they don't have a phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma das atendentes que é péssima, passou informação errada com muita má vontade, não se deu o trabalho de verificar se havia passagem para a data solicitada, só disse "não tem", sem checar o sistema na minha frente. Voltei no mesmo dia a tarde, e um outro atendente, muito simpático inclusive, verificou e havia passagem, então consegui comprar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria pedir informações no guichê de São Carlos - SP, mas só há o 0800 para ligarmos. Quando ligamos, o telefone chama durante muito tempo e em seguida inicia uma musiquinha por uns 10 segundos e a ligação sempre cai. Aconteceu a mesma coisa por cinco vezes!!
I wanted to ask for information at the ticket window of São Carlos - SP, but there is only 0800 to call. When we call, the phone calls for a long time and then starts a little song for about 10 seconds and the call always drops. The same thing happened five times !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro a Reunidas, porém precisam melhorar muito os ônibus. Infelizmente em São Carlos SP para o RJ somente a Reunidas faz esta linha com pouca opção de horário e ônibus furreca, preço alto, sempre atrasa na chegada em São Carlos, aí o motorista mata as paradas pra chegar no horário no RJ. Só avaliei com 5 estrelas porque o rapaz que atende é 10.
I love Reunidas, but they need to improve the buses a lot. Unfortunately in Sao Carlos SP to RJ only Reunidas makes this line with little option of time and bus furreca, high price, always delays on arrival in Sao Carlos, then the driver kills the stops to arrive on time in RJ. I only rated 5 stars because the guy who serves is 10.
