★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem,uma vez por mês saio de São Paulo e venho pra Araraquara pra voltar no domingo não dá pra escolher, então tem que pegar a viação que tem passagem, porém não recomendo a empresa cruz, o ar condicionado não funciona, e atrasa no mínimo 40 minutos ... de pelo menos 5 vezes que viajei com a empresa Cruz nenhuma chegou no horário... hoje dia 08/11/2020 está fazendo 32 graus de temperatura e ar condicionado não funciona.
 Well, once a month I leave São Paulo and come to Araraquara to come back on Sunday, I can't choose, so you have to take the bus that has a ticket, but I don't recommend the Cruz company, the air conditioning doesn't work, and it is delayed at least 40 minutes ... at least 5 times I traveled with the Cruz company none arrived on time ... today 08/11/2020 it is 32 degrees and the air conditioning does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linha pontual, bom motorista, porém ônibus super desconfortável. Antes faziam a rota Ribeirão Preto a São Carlos com ônibus executivo, agora fazem com microônibus, apertado e sem ar-condicionado. Caiu muito a qualidade, está inferior à Buser.
Punctual line, good driver, but super uncomfortable bus. They used to take the Ribeirão Preto to São Carlos route with an executive bus, now they use a minibus, cramped and without air conditioning. The quality has dropped a lot, it's inferior to Buser.
