★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito tempo de espera pelo ônibus que vai para Paraty,( linha Útil ),só tem opções de dois horários,( de manhã e a noite ).
A rodoviária acumula muitas pessoas pedindo coisas,( morador de rua ),deixa muito a desejar.
A lot of waiting time for the bus that goes to Paraty, (Useful line), only has options of two schedules, (morning and night).
The bus station accumulates many people asking for things, (homeless person), leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora este terminal rodoviário ser com uma estrutura pequena, não dá uma opção de uma alternativa para quando se perde o ônibus devido o trânsito e congestionamento em época de férias, deveriam abrir outros horários com isso obrigando a pessoa ficar no local esperando no próximo dia a esperar o seu ônibus para o destino , e não remarcação sua passagem.
Although this bus terminal is small in structure, it does not give an option as an alternative to when the bus is missed due to traffic and congestion during the holiday season, it should open other times with this requiring the person to wait in the next day. Wait for your bus to the destination, not redialing your ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rodoviária é pequena, sem conforto, poucos lugares para lanche , espera complicada, não tem carrinho de bagagem, o desembarque é estreito misturado aos táxis. A área de ônibus também é ruim gerando até atrasos na chegada e saida. Caraguatatuba vem se modernizando mas em termos de rodoviária tem uma das piores que conheço. E o respeito com passageiros e turistas ,a taxa de embarque como se explica? Logo, os ônibus da Litorânea estarão maiores que ela pois melhores já são à olhos vistos!
The bus station is small, without comfort, few places for snacks, complicated waiting, no luggage cart, the disembarkation is narrow mixed with taxis. The bus area is also bad, causing delays in arrival and departure. Caraguatatuba has been modernizing but in terms of the bus station it has one of the worst I know. And the respect for passengers and tourists, the boarding fee as explained? Soon, the Litorânea buses will be bigger than her because better ones are already visible!
