★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, simplesmente todas as duas vezes que eu fui, tive um péssimo atendimento, lugar sem classe… um visual belíssimo é uma gestão péssima. Pessoas ignorantes, cardápio ruim, zero etiqueta, som ruim.. enfim, só arrependimento. OBS: a gerência é péssima!
 Terrible, just every two times I went, I had bad service, classless place… a beautiful view is bad management. Ignorant people, bad menu, zero etiquette, bad sound... in short, just regret. NOTE: Management is terrible!

O almoço não gostei. Escondidimho de camarão. Fraco de tempero.
O atendimento pode ser melhor pelo padrao do local. Não tinha canudinho e nem espuma de gengibre para preparar um drink.
Beautiful place. I stayed there for about 4 hours.
Lunch did not like. Shrimp hide. Weak in seasoning.
The service could be better due to the standard of the place. There was no straw or ginger foam to prepare a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar top. Em relação a outras pousadas que já fiquei, não gostei muito dos chalés grudados um no outro. Tira privacidade. Pessoas que vc fazem barulho principalmente a noite incomodando os outros.
top place. In relation to other inns I've stayed in, I didn't really like the chalets stuck together. Take away privacy. People that you make noise mainly at night bothering others.

Quero acredecer a Tininha e a Carol que deixaram nossa estadia muito confortável, chegamos tarde. Tiveram a preocupação de preparar o jantar para nós fora do horário. Muito obrigada as duas
The infrastructure is wonderful, a very beautiful pool with an infinity edge, excellent for photos and for being at the top the view is wonderful. I want to thank Tininha and Carol who made our stay very comfortable, we arrived late. They took the trouble to prepare dinner for us after hours. thank you both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, mas não sei, talvez pelo fato de o local ter uma bela vista a gerência deixa de se atentar a detalhes básicos. Wi fi fraquíssimo, não nós deram o da pousada(alegaram não saber a senha ???), Café da manhã mediano e o atendimento é ruim, não há prontidão, não há uma busca para deixar o ambiente confortável pro cliente, você tem que ir atrás deles, passei 3 dias aqui e sequer limparam meu quarto, eu que tive que pedir toalhas novas. A nota é 3 pois é um lugar novo tem muito a progredir, espero que quando voltar tenham sanado essas pequenas falhas
The place is beautiful, but I don't know, maybe because the place has a beautiful view, the management doesn't pay attention to basic details. Wi fi very weak, no, they gave us the one at the inn (they claimed not to know the password ???), Average breakfast and the service is bad, there is no readiness, there is no search to make the environment comfortable for the customer, you have to go after them, I spent 3 days here and they didn't even clean my room, I had to ask for new towels. The note is 3 because it is a new place and has a lot to progress, I hope that when I return these small flaws will be fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, vista de belas praias de Guarapari e vista da praia do morro, e um lugar com muita tranquilidade. ao chegar notamos cachorros no salão, estávamos comendo quando um deles não saia de perto, responsáveis desatentos e permitindo junto a uma refeição. a carne do prato que pedi veio crua e salgada, não tem cardápio, parece ser os donos atendendo. perdemos nosso domingo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked it for 2 reasons. 1 it was nice to leave the city and view my city from a mountaintop drinking a beer and having some snacks and 2 when I decided it was better to not drive back home they gave us a room instantly ( paying of course). They even served us breakfast the next morning having the feeling that, off season, we were the only guests. This is the kind of hospitality a I am always looking for.
