A Thaynara é um exemplo e também uma nutricionista competente, super estudada, excelente, respeitosa, bem humorada e me ajudou muito a mediar meu cuidado comigo mesmo! Recomendo muitíssimo! Nada de dietas irreais! Reeducação alimentar de verdade.
It is always difficult to find good nutritionists, who are not fat-pheric, when we are overweight. Thaynara is an example and also a competent nutritionist, super studied, excellent, respectful, humorous and helped me to mediate my care with myself! I highly recommend it! No unreal diets! Real food re-education.

I had a totally different take on the dietitian, I thought I was going to be given a restricted diet of everything just light and diet foods, but Dr. Thaynara is amazing an angel I heard, I look at all my notes from my food diary and con it made me understand that I can change, I am in love with Dr. excellent medical professional who respects each patient, thank you very much ?
