★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atenção total!!! Primeiro pedi o lanche que vinha com batatas, deu problema na fritadeira e devolveram o dinheiro. Até ai, ok!!! Mas pedi 2 sucos de laranja (sem açúcar) me entregaram 2 sucos de MARACUJA... SEM AÇÚCAR!!!!! Quem nesse mundo toma suco d maracuja sem açúcar??? Sendo que o q eu havia pedido era de LARANJA!!! Não recomendo e não volto mais! Pra mim, atenção e atendimento qualificado é TUDO!
 Total lack of attention!!! First I ordered the snack that came with potatoes, there was a problem with the fryer and they refunded the money. Until then, ok!!! But I asked for 2 orange juices (without sugar) and they gave me 2 maracuja juices... WITHOUT SUGAR!!!!! Who in this world drinks passion fruit juice without sugar??? Since what I had asked for was ORANGE!!! I don't recommend and won't be back! For me, attention and qualified service is EVERYTHING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive neste local, sabado dia 09/04/2022. Pedi um Baião de dois.Estava horrivel!! Arroz com cheiro de azedo, carne seca muito salgada. Reclamei com o atendente.Ele pediu desculpa, mas não me deu opção.Paguei e fiquei sem almoço.Lamentavel?
I was at this location, Saturday 09/04/2022. I ordered a Baião de dois.It was horrible!! Sour-smelling rice, very salty jerky. I complained to the attendant. He apologized, but he didn't give me an option. I paid and I didn't have lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, é bom o dono dar uma passadinha aqui. Trocaram os pratos, o talher que veio para mim era uma colher, demoraram 5 min para achar garfo. Meu marido experimentou a carne, picanha, não era picanha, era o meu falso file mignon requentado, sim requentado, duro com gosto de carne congelada e velha...arroz viro viro super salgado, pagamos farofa e não veio mas recebi canudo pra tomar o chopp. Enfim, uma experiência horrível, sinto pelo franqueador, fique esperto, sua equipe está perdida aqui no Shopping Oriente. A pessóa que ensaiava os talheres estava sem luva.
Terrible, it's good the owner to stop by. They changed the plates, the cutlery that came to me was a spoon, it took 5 minutes to find a fork. My husband tried the meat, picanha, it wasn't picanha, it was my fake reheated file mignon, yes reheated, hard with the taste of frozen and old meat... the beer. Anyway, a horrible experience, I feel for the franchisor, beware, your team is lost here at Shopping Oriente. The person rehearsing the cutlery was ungloved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da demora, ficou pronto apenas um dos pratos, que veio frio. O segundo demorou mais um tempão, depois que meu namorado já havia terminado o prato dele. Péssima experiência, péssimo atendimento. Detalhe, dentro da "praça gourmet".
In addition to the delay, only one of the dishes was ready, which came cold. The second took a while longer, after my boyfriend had finished his plate. Bad experience, bad service. Detail, inside the "gourmet square".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, minha mulher estava ansiosa para conhecer e saímos decepcionados. Lanche normal, atendimento horrível, pedimos dois lanches iguais e no mesmo ponto (hambúrguer), porém mandaram para mesa um lanche, demoraram uns 15 min para mandarem o outro e o ponto errado, a carne estava cru. Com toda certeza não voltaremos.
Terrible experience, my wife was anxious to meet and we left disappointed. Normal snack, horrible service, we ordered two identical snacks and at the same point (hamburger), but they sent a snack to the table, it took about 15 min to send the other one and the wrong point, the meat was raw. We certainly won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou um grande fã de hambúrguer e essa hamburgueria me surpreendeu, e muito, por entregar um hambúrguer delicioso e muito suculento. Em minha visita experimentei o burguer vulcão, que vem com batata frita e cheddar. Esse lanche é caprichado e se comprar um refrigerante já é um combo completo. Vale a pena a visita e experimentar os diferente tipos de lanches. E um dos diferenciais é que eles fornecem luvas para comer o lanche pois é bem suculento.
I'm a big fan of hamburgers and this hamburger really surprised me by delivering a delicious and very juicy hamburger. On my visit I tried the volcano burger, which comes with fries and cheddar. This snack is neat and if you buy a soda it's already a complete combo. It is worth the visit and try the different types of snacks. And one of the differentials is that they provide gloves to eat the snack as it is very succulent.

Os pontos negativos: demora na entrega(não havia muitos clientes às 20h quarta feira); pão com uma quantidade acima do normal de manteiga; bacon borrachudo; pouca batata pelo preço cobrado; pouco molho (menos da metade do copinho de café)
The positive point is that it has natural orange juice.
The negative points: delay in delivery (there weren't many customers at 20:00 on Wednesday); bread with a higher than normal amount of butter; rubbery bacon; few potatoes for the price charged; little sauce (less than half a cup of coffee)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche até é saboroso mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. No mesmo pedido um dos lanches veio com os ingredientes frios, inclusive o hambúrguer, o outro lanche a carne era bem passada e veio mal passada, fora o molho q mandaram errado. Pouco provável q eu volte.
Lunch is tasty but the service left something to be desired. In the same order one of the snacks came with the cold ingredients, including the hamburger, the other snack the meat was well done and came rare, apart from the sauce they sent wrong. I'm unlikely to come back.
