★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fui atendido porque fui até o balcão, o carinha que estava atendendo hoje a noite 19/03/2022 muito mal educado, não nos atendeu, tive que ir até o balcão, para fazer meu pedido, depois quem nos atendeu foi a Sra. Iclea, esta sim fez a diferença no estabelecimento, muito simpática e nos atendeu mesmo parecendo que só tinha ela naquele lugar, 2 casais que sentou na mesa ao meu lado foram embora, pois não foram atendidos depois de muito esperar desistiram!
 I was only served because I went to the counter, the guy who was attending tonight 03/19/2022 was very rude, he didn't answer us, I had to go to the counter, to place my order, then who answered us was Mrs. Iclea, this one did make a difference in the establishment, very friendly and attended to us even though it seemed like there was only her in that place, 2 couples who sat at the table next to me left, as they were not served after a long wait, they gave up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que hambúrguer sensacional! Aproveitei um cupom do Ifood e pedi. Ele veio bem caprichado, bem embalado, com maionese caseira e ketchup. Não demoraram para entregar. Experiência incrível, já sei que vou ter que pedir novamente porque é muito bom.
What a sensational hamburger! I took advantage of an Ifood coupon and asked for it. It came very neat, well packaged, with homemade mayonnaise and ketchup. It didn't take long to deliver. Amazing experience, I already know I will have to order it again because it's so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um péssimo lugar, pedi um lanche as 19:10, com previsão de chegada entre 19:40 e 19:50, mas o lanche chegou as 21:00, frio e veio errado, veio um bem mais simples, liguei reclamando, falaram que ia mandar um entregador trazer o lanche certo, mas demorou mais de 1 hora e o novo lanche não chegou. Infelizmente um péssimo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora minha pior experiência no ifood, quase 3 horas de atraso, liguei pra lá e a atendente disse “faltaram 2 pessoas” se estão com o efetivo reduzido então pq aceitam tantos pedidos ? Ridículo, só pensam no lucro e o consumidor que se conforme com sua irresponsabilidade e falta de caráter, nunca mais pedirei. Vocês são péssimos.
So far my worst experience at ifood, almost 3 hours late, I called there and the attendant said “2 people were missing” if they have a reduced staff then why do they accept so many orders? Ridiculous, they only think about profit and the consumer who is satisfied with their irresponsibility and lack of character, I will never ask again. You are bad.

Virou padrão aceitar pedido e cancelar ? Ou pior aceitar pelo ifood, demorar duas horas e parar de responder ? Devem estar todos milionários, e NAO essa desculpa de estar com duas cozinhas e estarem sobrecarregados, NAO COLA. Não consegue atender, RECUSA, aceitaram porque quiseram, não posso nem opinar pelo lanche, sabor, nada. Quase 03 horas e sem retorno, falta de respeito total. Atendimento: ZERO.
What happened to the big win burgers?
Has it become a default to accept order and cancel? Or worse, accept it on ifood, take two hours and stop responding? They must all be millionaires, and NOT that excuse of having two kitchens and being overloaded, DOESN'T COLA. Can't answer, REFUSAL, they accepted because they wanted to, I can't even comment on the snack, flavor, nothing. Almost 03 hours and no return, total lack of respect. Service: ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar nota negativa eu daria. Fiz um pedido pelo IFood onde dizia que levariade 30 à 40 min para entrega. Após, 1 h, ou seja, com atraso de 20 min, liguei para loja que colocou a culpa no Motoboy, depois de 1:40 min cancelei meu pedido. Sei que para loja sou apenas mais um cliente, mas a FALTA DE REPEITO com o cliente foi muito grande. Quando o Motoboy chegou, depois de 1:50 min, mandei o pedido de volta e consegui o cancelamento pelo IFood.
If I could give a negative rating I would. I placed an order through IFood where it said it would take 30 to 40 min for delivery. Ontem 23/01 pedi um lanche que foi aceito as 21:20, entrei em contato via ifood pra poder me informar se realmente iriam entregar:
Retorno: estamos com alta demanda, trabalhando com pedidos de duas lojas na msm cozinha, eu entendi tranquilo mesmo até então com duas horas de espera, quando chega 01:15 da manhã o indivíduo me liga, dizendo que esteja pronto e perguntando se eu ainda receberia, eu disse que sim porque estava cm fome e não havia feito nada para comer, quando informei o bairro ele simplesmente desdenhou, pediu para retornar depois e me deixou com fome.

Nessa tour toda, eu não sei quem foi pior, a equipe que demorou tanto ( não é problema do cliente esperar 03 horas para receber ) não dá conta ?Não aceita. Do motoboy que além de fazer pouco caso do meu bairro, ( segundo o ifood ) parou de atender o telefone, ou do pós venda super LIXO do ifood, que só cancelou meu pedido as 09:00 de hoje. Ou seja a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA DA MINHA VIDA de consumidor, tá todo mundo muito rico, ninguém precisa trabalhar.
