Se você não quer se incomodar na hora de devolver um imóvel que você está alugando, corre dessa imobiliária sem olhar pra trás!
Para se ter uma idéia, tivemos que levar meu pai para se passar por nosso advogado para que a corretora não criasse mais caso em relação a vistoria, que foi feita duas vezes!
No final das contas entregamos o apartamento melhor do que quando alugamos. O encerramento do seguro do imóvel também deu trabalho pq eles não sabiam passar informação. Foi ridículo.
Certeza absoluta que vão dizer que fizeram cumprir o contrato e blá blá blá.
A sensação que ficou é que eles não deixariam passar 1 centavo. Sei lá. Parece que quem tá alugando é gente que quer passar a perna.
Se você é pessoa de bem e não quer passar aborrecimento na hora de devolver um imóvel alugado, fuja dessa turma!

If you don't want to bother returning a property you're renting, run from that property without looking back!
To give you an idea, we had to take my father to impersonate our lawyer so that the brokerage firm would not create any more cases regarding the inspection, which was done twice!
In the end we deliver the apartment better than when we rented it. The closing of the property insurance was also difficult because they didn't know how to pass on information. It was ridiculous.
Absolutely sure they'll say they enforced the contract and blah blah blah.
The feeling was that they wouldn't let a cent pass. I do not know. It seems that those who are renting are people who want to outsmart them.
If you are a good person and don't want to go through annoyance when returning a rented property, run away from this group!
