★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária de todas. Funcionários arrogantes e despreparados, falta transparência. Não consigo de fato entender como uma empresa tão despreparada continua no mercado. Recomendo qualquer outra imobiliária menos esta e olha que ja passei por outras bem ruins, mais nada chega perto do que a LocaMais oferece. Arrogância , serviço ruim, falta de compromisso e pouco caso com proprietários e locatários é com eles mesmo.
 Worst real estate of all. Arrogant and unprepared employees, lack transparency. I can't really understand how such an unprepared company remains in the market. I recommend any other real estate company except this one and look that I've been through some really bad ones, nothing else comes close to what LocaMais offers. Arrogance, poor service, lack of commitment and little case with owners and renters is up to them.

Umas que mandam os informes de rendimentos para a declaração de IRPF automaticamente .Outras que precisamos pedir os informes e que nos mandam imediatamente ,após a solicitacao e final mente a imobiliária Locamais que precisamos pedir diversas vezes para podermos ser atendidos.Isso realmente é lamentavel e cansativo
,mostrando total despreparo .Todo ano é a mesma coisa.Parecem estagnados e não buscam a excelência da prestação de serviços.

Someone who sends the income reports to the IRPF declaration automatically. Other than that we need to request the reports and they send us immediately, after the request and finally the real estate company Locamais that we need to ask several times so that we can be attended. This is really regrettable and tiring
, showing total unpreparedness. Every year is the same thing. They look stagnant and do not seek the excellence of service delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária que já vi na vida. O corretor Gilmar é totalmente anti ético. Os responsáveis lá são piores ainda . Eles enrolam a pessoa , não dão preferência quando se trata em locação.
Alguém precisa urgente acabar com essa imobiliária ... um lixo!
Tenho mil e uma reclamações deles...
The worst real estate I've ever seen in my life. The Gilmar broker is totally unethical. Those responsible there are even worse. They wind the person up, they don't give preference when it comes to location.
Someone urgently needs to end this real estate ... rubbish!
I have a thousand and one complaints from them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo do ano eu estava com um problema de não ter um lugar para meu negócio na área de educação. Procurando pelo bairro, comentei com a Locamais.
Eles procuram e não tinha nada no sistema com as características que eu precisava. Então, me disseram que ia procurar.
Rapidinho me ligaram falando que tinham um imóvel como pedi. Não acreditei, mas fui lá ver.
Era exatamente o que eu precisava! Muito obrigado a toda equipe Locamais por todo o apoio.
At the beginning of the year I had a problem with not having a place for my education business. Looking around the neighborhood, I commented with Locamais.
They look and had nothing in the system with the features I needed. So I was told I was going to look.
Quickly called me saying they had a property as I asked. I didn't believe it, but I went there to see it.
It was exactly what I needed! Many thanks to all Locamais team for all the support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da LOCAMAIS é péssimo! Quando entrei em contato demonstrando interesse em um imóvel, o corretor nem se deu ao trabalho de nos mostrar o apartamento.
Fiz uma visita sem ele, e disse que queria fazer uma nova visita, junto com ele, para mostrar detalhes que precisavam de reparo, pois antes de fazer a proposta de locação eu queria saber se os reparos seriam feitos pelo proprietário/imobiliária.
Ele me disse que a proprietária não arrumaria nada, e nem pintaria o apartamento, e que se eu quisesse alugar, seria assim.
Após muita insistência da minha parte, ele aceitou visitar o imóvel comigo. Para minha sorte, a proprietária disse que acompanharia a visita. Ela chegou no horário combinado, mas o corretor chegou ao final da visita (ele não teve vergonha de dizer que estava atrasado por estar em uma aula de tênis).
A proprietária disse que era óbvio que os reparos precisavam ser feitos, e que o apartamento necessitava de pintura URGENTE! Ela providenciou tudo, e o papel da "Imobiliária" foi apenas redigir o contrato. Já aconselhei a proprietária do apartamento para quando formos renovar o contrato, que façamos em uma imobiliária de verdade.
LOCAMAIS's service is terrible! When I got in touch with an interest in a property, the real estate agent didn't bother to show us the apartment.
I paid a visit without him, and said that I wanted to make a new visit with him to show details that needed repair, because before making the lease proposal I wanted to know if the repairs would be made by the owner / real estate.
He told me that the landlady would not fix anything, nor paint the apartment, and if I wanted to rent it would be so.
After much insistence on my part, he agreed to visit the property with me. Lucky for me, the landlady said she would accompany the visit. She arrived at the agreed time, but the broker came to the end of the visit (he was not ashamed to say that he was late for being in a tennis class).
The landlady said it was obvious that repairs needed to be done, and that the apartment needed URGENT painting! She arranged everything, and the role of "Real Estate" was just to write the contract. I have already advised the owner of the apartment when we are going to renew the contract, that we do it in a real estate.

Fui inquilina por 6 anos, todas as vezes que deu problemas c a casa, quem tinha que pagar era eu, eles nunca devolveram o que gastei , com estouro de cano de Água, quebra do suporte da caixa d Água externa, rachadura na cx d agua de amianto , telhas velhas que rachavam direto c infiltração de Água da chuva que caia na minha cama ou escada...etcs....quando entrei na casa tinha vários problemas dos quais acordamos em eu consertar, passei orçamento bem baixo e aceitaram, porem na hora deles pagarem dividiram a divida em 20 vezes SEM JUROS, tive que juntar a grana p 2 anos p poder fazer e claro que ja nao custou isso e eu fiquei c prejuízos. Mas também e ruim p proprietários, pois apos terminar a obra precisava que fizessem vistoria, p confirmarem o que pagaram , mas agendei diversas vezes e NUNCA foram ....passou 1 ano 1/2 e nao vieram ....como proprietários fica sabendo se fiz ou nao??!! Conclusão sai da casa pq eles me devem muito dinheiro e se recusavam a pagar por danos que sao de responsabilidade dos proprietário e sem vistoria das obras , daqui a pouco essas obras ficariam desgastadas e eu seria responsabilizada. Ate p devolver a casa tive que contratar advogado, pois nao queriam fazer a vistoria da entrega das chaves .. Péssimos administradores, nao zelam p imovel nem cumprem com o que anunciam ( mentiram que a casa tinha 3 ar condicionados , so que os 3 estavam c defeitos ..)
Terrible administrator, both for the tenant and the landlord. I was a tenant for 6 years, every time there were problems with the house, I was the one who had to pay, they never returned what I spent, with a water pipe overflow, breakage of the external water tank support, crack in the water tank of asbestos, old tiles that cracked directly and infiltration of rainwater that fell on my bed or stairs...etc....when I entered the house I had several problems which we agreed to fix, I spent a very low budget and they accepted, but when they paid, they divided the debt in 20 installments WITHOUT INTEREST, I had to save the money for 2 years to be able to do it and of course it didn't cost that anymore and I was left with losses. But it's also bad for the owners, because after finishing the work I needed them to do an inspection, to confirm what they paid, but I scheduled several times and they NEVER went ....it spent 1 1/2 year and they didn't come ....as owners knowing if I did or not??!! Completion leaves the house because they owe me a lot of money and refused to pay for damages that are the responsibility of the owners and without inspection of the works, soon these works would be worn out and I would be held responsible. Even to return the house I had to hire a lawyer, as they did not want to inspect the delivery of the keys.. Bad administrators, they do not look after the property or comply with what they advertise (they lied that the house had 3 air conditioners, only the 3 were c defects ..)
