★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, passei na loja pra fazer orçamento de jogo de rodas,o rapaz me perguntou 4 vezes que carro era,sem vontade de atender,me atendeu com cel e wats aberto,ou seja pelo jeito a conversa era mais importante que o cliente,alem de caro as rodas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja pessoalmente para fechar o pedido de um jogo de rodas da Zunky, o dono me atendeu super bem, fechamos a compra e fui pra casa com o jogo de rodas, depois fui dar uma olhada com mais atenção nas rodas e estavam todas faltando tinta nas bordas! mandei mensagem e vídeo pro pessoal da loja, e o Rafael(acredito que seja filho do dono) veio falar pra mim que eu estava procurando ''pelo em ovo'' que se eu quisesse uma roda perfeita não teria que comprar algo da Zunky por ser modelo de entrada, agora eu pergunto a vocês, só por que comprei um modelo de ''entrada'' tenho que ficar com a roda assim desse jeito? que descaso cara, enfim, fui até a loja e realizei a troca das 3 que estavam desse jeito, se alguém me perguntar por indicação, não recomendo a loja pra ninguém.

Do I have to keep the wheel like that? what a neglect man, anyway, I went to the store and made the exchange of the 3 that were like that, if someone asks me for an indication, I don't recommend the store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo mercado livre no dia 01/06. Prazo de entrega de 5 a 10 dias. Eles não me enviaram até agora porque falaram que não sabem qual é o modelo do veículo. A entrega já está atrasada e toda vez que pergunto o status do pedido me falam que vão falar com a transportadora e nunca mais dão notícias. Já falei por celular, por whatsapp, pelo próprio mercado livre. Não sei mais o que fazer. Sério mesmo. Talvez aqui seja uma forma de me responderem onde está o pneu.
