I bought a bag in Valentine's month, a leather bag, it took it apart and it was out of warranty, I went to the store and the manager treated me with excellence, the attendants even more so, they sent the bag for assistance, before the deadline they gave it to me. the piece is sewn and perfect, I just have to thank all the professionals at the store, thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your store to the people I know and until the next purchase ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal entra na loja abordam se precisa de auxílio. Vendedora não conheceu detalhes do produtos e tecidos feitos. A caixa não houve atendimento bom pois não falou dos meios pagamentos foi rápido e não orientou retirada e nem sequer cumprimentou.
As soon as they enter the store they approach if they need assistance. Seller did not know details of the products and fabrics made. The box was not good service because it did not speak of the means payments was fast and did not guide withdrawal and did not even greet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma mochila desta loja e fui efetuar a troca, Qndo cheguei em casa percebi q o chaveirinho q vem na mochila havia sido arrancado da mesma.
Deveriam prestar mais atenção pra não entregar produto com defeito ao cliente.
I got a backpack from this store and went to exchange it, when I got home I realized that the little keychain that comes in the backpack had been ripped off.
They should pay more attention not to deliver a defective product to the customer.
