★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui recuperar o número do chip que perdi e o atendente me informou que só seria possível com a compra de um pacote no valor de R$99 reais. Disse que o meu plano Tim beta iria ser cancelado e que só seria possível recuperar o número comprando o pacote. Fui na Tim do Grand Plaza, me passaram que a informação estava incorreta e resolveram meu problema na hora.
 I went to recover the number of the chip I lost and the attendant informed me that it would only be possible with the purchase of a package worth R $ 99 reais. I said that my Tim beta plan would be canceled and that it would only be possible to recover the number by buying the package. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim pois fui enganado nesta loja por uma funcionária que me obrigou a comprar um fone de ouvido para ativar minha promoção tudo mentira pois nada foi ativado tive que ligar na Tim aí sim resolvi não indico essa loja!!!
Too bad because I was tricked in this store by an employee who forced me to buy a headset to activate my promotion, everything was a lie because nothing was activated I had to call Tim, so I decided not to recommend this store!!!
