★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima o atendimento falado foi bom.mas o serviço de tosa foi péssimo ainda machucaram minha pet ....nunca mais levo lá. ...e o valor è igual de qualquer outro que conheço....mas na toca dos bichos petshop não teve qualidade o serviço e faltou respeito ao pet?
 The service was very bad, but the grooming service was terrible, they still hurt my pet .... I never take it there again. ... and the value is the same as any other that I know .... but in the den of petshop pets there was no quality service and lack of respect for the pet?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Além do pelo não ter sido cortado de maneira uniforme, cortaram demais as unhas das patas traseiras, ao ponto da cachorra sangrar e sentir o resto do dia. Quando questionados, responderam ironicamente.
Terrible. In addition to the hair not having been cut evenly, they cut the nails of the hind legs too much, to the point that the dog would bleed and feel the rest of the day. When asked, they responded ironically.

Very nice environment, I took my pet for a bath and tosa and I left very satisfied. I will come back more often.

Nem cheiro de banho a cachorra tinha, tosa ficou péssima.
Ela voltou com machucado no pescoço, provavelmente foi mordida.
Ninguém me disse nada, levei ela em outro lugar e me confirmaram que ela havia sido mordida.
Nota zero!
Terrible, they didn't shave my dog properly.
The dog didn't even smell like a bath, she was terrible.
She came back with a bruise on her neck, she was probably bitten.
Nobody said anything to me, I took her elsewhere and confirmed that she had been bitten.
Grade zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre compro rações a granel lá quando necessário. É um estabelecimento pequeno, de bairro e obviamente não existem variedade como uma Cobasi/Petz da vida. Mas cumpre o que promete e tem o básico para uma necessidade rápida. Recomendo.
Sobre banho e tosa não posso opinar pois nunca utilizei o serviço.
I always buy bulk rations there when needed. It's a small, neighborhood establishment and obviously there's no variety like a Cobasi/Petz in life. But it delivers what it promises and has the basics for a quick need. I recommend.
I can't comment on bathing and grooming as I've never used the service.
