★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa se recusa pagar indenização, se recusa a fornecer documentos ao advogado e 2 meses após o sinistro (e eles me fazendo de idiota) me ligam pedindo pra fechar a reclamação no procon e reclame aqui.
 The company refuses to pay damages, refuses to provide documents to the lawyer and 2 months after the accident (and they are making me an idiot) call me asking to close the complaint in the procon and complain here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, imagine a Tokio Marine recusou meu cadastro não dizendo o motivo. Solicitei cotação com outro corretor em outras companhia e ela me delatou ao primeiro corretor. Pode isso, por delação premiada nunca mais faço seguro com esta seguradora por total falta de ÉTICA. Ps: a estrela dada é pelo motivo que se não der nenhuma não publica.
Terrible, imagine Tokio Marine refused my registration without saying the reason. I asked for a quote with another broker in other companies and she reported me to the first broker. That may be the case, due to the award, I never insure this insurance company again due to a total lack of ETHICS. Ps: the star given is for the reason that if you don’t give any you don’t publish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O guincho demorou mais de 2 horas pra chegar na cidade, imagina se fosse na estrada e era horário comercial. E pra avaliar o aceite de conserto do sinistro ainda ligam questinando informações como se vc tivesse burlando algo no seguro, não senti bem com isso. Quanto a demora no conserto, devido a pandemia é aceitável.
The tow truck took more than 2 hours to arrive in the city, imagine if it was on the road and it was business hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro uso, por bateria arriada, demorou 10 minutos pra chegar o socorro. Na seguradora anterior o que salvou foi o sos da estrada, pois o socorro da empresa não apareceu. Assim, na primeira necessidade, aprovada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima aconteceu um acidente com meu esposo o reboque chegou 4 horas depois e a seguradora a atendente (Nikeli ) super grossa se não gosta do seu trabalho abri vaga para outra pessoa um mês sem resposta sem carro reversa um absurdo não indico para ninguém.
