Eu e minha esposa fomos visitar uma casa para locação cujo valor era R$ 485,00 reais e já estavamos dando entrada na documentação quando no dia seguinte a visita nos disseram que o valor do imovél era na verdade R$ 1200,00!! Um absurdo a falta de respeito e consideração. Irei acioná-los juridicamente sobre o ocorrido e com certeza não recomendo a ninguém... fujam!!!
Misleading ads ... My wife and I went to visit a rental house whose value was R $ 485.00 reais and we were already checking in the documentation when the next day the visit told us that the value of the property was actually R $ 1200 , 00 !! An absurd lack of respect and consideration. I will call them legally about what happened and I certainly do not recommend it to anyone ... run away !!!

Me mandaram casas com valores sempre acima. Aí não precisava falar o valor do meu orçamento né .. mas pessoal atende bem.
Good place .. staff attends well.
However, they only sent me houses to rent outside my budget.
They sent me houses with values always above. Then I didn't have to say the amount of my budget, you know ... but people attend well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo fazer compra lá, lanchonete da entrada do clube, bolos maravilhosos, no ponto de açúcar e super simpáticos os funcionários tbem.
I love shopping there, cafeteria at the entrance of the club, wonderful cakes, at the sugar point and super friendly staff too.
