Comprei uma garrafa térmica no site que não manteve o café nem por 2 horas quente e levei pra trocar. Pois o produto estava com defeito. Já tive outra garrafa da mesma marca que funcionava perfeitamente.
Creio que a tampa estava com algum problema. Não fechava direito.
Levei pra trocar e simplesmente não quiseram trocar. Falaram que estava boa pra eles.
Achei um descaso.
Dou nota zero para o atendimento.
The store's SAC is terrible.
I bought a thermos on the website that didn't keep the coffee even for 2 hours and I took it to change. Because the product was defective. I've had another bottle of the same brand that worked perfectly.
I think the lid was in trouble. It didn't close properly.
I took it to change and they just didn't want to change it. They said it was good for them.
I found it negligent.
I give a score of zero for the service.
