★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fiz uma compra de 11 produtos, despachados em dois volumes de acordo com a Nota Fiscal da loja. No entanto, segundo a transportadora, eles receberam apenas um volume, o qual foi entregue. Fiz contato direto com a loja, que não respondeu, e pelo Instagram da Tramontina, que se limitou a dizer que eu deveria procurar a loja.
Atendimento pós-venda péssimo.
Edição após resposta do proprietário: já foi feito contato pelo link enviado, pelo telefone informado, e pelo instagram da marca. Infelizmente até agora sem resposta e sem o produto.
I do not recommend. I made a purchase of 11 products, shipped in two volumes according to the store's Invoice. However, according to the carrier, they received only one package, which was delivered. I made direct contact with the store, which did not respond, and through Tramontina's Instagram, which limited itself to saying that I should look for the store.
Poor after-sales service.
Editing after response from the owner: contact has already been made by the link sent, by the telephone provided, and by the brand's instagram. Unfortunately so far unanswered and without the product.

Sou cliente da loja e no dia 06.09.2021 tive uma péssima experiência.
A vendedora que nos atendeu (Marlen de Freitas) parecia que estava fazendo "favor" para vender.
Total desinteresse e falta de atenção.
Só comprei a panela porque tinha ido com este intuito, mas vou evitar ao máximo voltar nesse estabelecimento.
Estava mais interessada em ver mensagens no celular da loja que prestar um bom atendimento.
Detalhe: eu era o único cliente na loja naquele momento.
Terrible attendance
I am a customer of the store and on 06.09.2021 I had a terrible experience.
The seller who served us (Marlen de Freitas) seemed to be doing a "favor" to sell.
Total disinterest and lack of attention.
I only bought the pan because I had gone with that intention, but I'll avoid going back to that establishment as much as possible.
I was more interested in seeing messages on the store's cell phone than providing good service.
