The clinic was better, I had treatment years ago and I liked it a lot, now I took my daughter and this is very different in the contract, only guarantees for the clinic and none for the client I hope I won't regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui dar início ao meu tratamento, logo na primeira consulta já atrasou , até aí tudo bem, dei início ao tratamento pois estava precisando muito estava sentindo muita dor , ao tentar marcar para finalizar esse processo, simplesmente esqueceram , como se a gente tivesse o tempo do mundo para eles fora os gastos de gasolina estacionamento e paciência que é o mais importante pois preciso do tratamento senão nem teria ido atrás, duas recepcionista para nada , fala fala fala entra por um ouvido e sai pelo outro coko se a gente fosse menos que alguém pois pedi para gerente parcelar pois não tinha o dinheiro todo do tratamento, como nao estou trabalhando tenho outras necessidades, pois a dor falou mais alto por isso fui atrás, me arrependo muito de ter começado pois preciso terminar o que comecei , mais fica a dica pesquise , olhe avaliações pois dinheiro não paga vergonha e perda de tempo pois não da pra fica saindo se arriscando pra nada , melhor pagar mais barato e ter um excelente atendimento do que querer ir atrás de nome e pagar o preço.
I went to start my treatment, right after the first consultation, it was already delayed, so far so good, I started the treatment because I was in great need, I was feeling a lot of pain, when trying to schedule to finish this process, they simply forgot, as if we had the time of the world for them outside the expenses of gasoline parking and patience which is the most important because I need the treatment otherwise I wouldn’t even have gone, two receptionists for nothing, speech speech speech enter through one ear and leave through the other coko if we were less than someone because I asked for a parcel manager because I didn't have all the money for the treatment, as I'm not working I have other needs, because the pain spoke louder so I went after it, I really regret having started because I need to finish what I started, the more it is research tip, look at reviews because money doesn’t pay for shame and waste of time because you don’t risk risking for anything, better pay cheaper and have an excellent service than wanting to go after the name and pay the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências que já tive, comecei o tratamento ortodôntico a 5 anos atrás com a dra Keila, despreparada durou 2 anos sem muitos resultados quando trocou pela dra Francine que finalizou o tratamento em mais um ano porém com resultado insatisfatório.
Reclamei e me deram mais um ano de tratamento "grátis" onde finalizou esse ano com um vão grande entre os últimos dois dentes que me prejudica muito na mastigação...
Novamente reclamei com a Dra Francine onde a mesma não soube o explicar o porque daquele vão e se propôs a "apertar" o aparelho móvel de 15 em 15 dias pra concertar o erro.
Passei em outro profissional que disse que isso não existe, talvez em crianças daria certo...
A manutenção não é barata pra tantos erros e desculpas e um resultado falho!
One of the worst experiences I ever had, I started orthodontic treatment 5 years ago with Dr. Keila, unprepared lasted 2 years without much results when she switched to Dr. Francine who finished treatment in another year but with unsatisfactory results.
I complained and they gave me another year of "free" treatment which ended this year with a large gap between the last two teeth that hurts me a lot in chewing ...
Again I complained to Dr. Francine where she could not explain why that go and proposed to "squeeze" the mobile device every 15 days to fix the error.
I spent in another professional who said that this does not exist, maybe in children would work ...
Maintenance is not cheap for so many mistakes and excuses and a flawed result!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COLOQUEI MEU APARELHO COM ELES EM 2016,NÃO OBTIVE NENHUM RESULTADO POSITIVO NO TRATAMENTO ALEM DE TER PERDIDO 2 DENTES EM DECORRER DO TRATAMENTO MAL FEITO,POIS BEM RETIREI O APARELHO QUE ELES HAVIAM COLOCADO,SAI DA CLINICA EM 2018 SEM NENHUM RESULTADO E COMECEI A CUIDAR EM OUTRA CLINICA PARTICULAR (QUE NAO VEM AO CASO), DESDE 2018 NAO FIZ NENHUM PROCEDIMENTO NA CLINICA E PASMEM ESSA SEMANA ME CHEGA UMA NOTIFICAÇÃO DE RESTRIÇÃO DE CREDITO POR CONTA DE UMA DIVIDA QUE ELES ALEGAM EU TER NA CLINICA. POIS FIQUEIM BEM CIENTES QUE ENTRAREI COM MEDIDAS PROCESSUAIS POR MÁ PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS.
I PUT MY APPLIANCE WITH THEM IN 2016, I DID NOT OBTAIN ANY POSITIVE RESULT IN THE TREATMENT IN ADDITION TO HAVING LOST 2 TEETH AS A RESULT OF THE WRONG TREATMENT, AS I WELL REMOVED THE APPLIANCE THEY HAD PLACED, LEAVE THE CLINIC IN 2018 WITHOUT ANY RESULT IN ANOTHER PARTICULAR CLINIC (WHICH IS NOT IN THIS CASE), I HAVE NOT DONE ANY PROCEDURE IN THE CLINIC SINCE 2018 AND AMAZING THIS WEEK A CREDIT RESTRICTION NOTICE IS ARRIVED ON A DEBT THAT THEY CLAIM I HAVE IN THE CLINIC. THEREFORE, I AM WELL AWARE THAT I WILL COME IN WITH PROCEDURAL MEASURES FOR BAD PROVISION OF SERVICES.

A PARTE CLINICA DEIXA A DESEJAR E A PARTE ADMINISTRATIVA TAMBÉM.
O APARELHO SERA RETIRADO MESMO COM DENTE DESNIVELADO E MESMO EU RECLAMANDO.
ELES RETEM A DOCUMENTAÇÃO E OS EXAMES, SO MOSTRAM SE IMPLORAR. TANTO QUE SÓ VI DEPOIS DE TER ACHADO QUE ALGUMA COISA NÃO ESTAVA BEM E RECLAMADO VARIAS VEZES.
PROCUREM UM LUGAR MELHOR.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND
THE CLINICAL PART LEAVES DESIRED AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE PART ALSO.
THE APPLIANCE WILL BE REMOVED EVEN WITH AN UNLEVEL TOOTH AND EVEN MY COMPLAINT.
THEY RETAIN THE DOCUMENTATION AND THE EXAMS, THEY JUST SHOW IF THEY BEG. SO MUCH THAT I ONLY SEE IT AFTER FINDING THAT SOMETHING WAS NOT WELL AND CLAIMED IT SEVERAL TIMES.
LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE.

Ele e muito competente, mas assim, absurdamente competente, humano, cuidadoso, me orientou antes e durante todo o procedimento, foi preciso e calmo e admito, eu tenho muita dificuldade de ir ao dentista.
Quero parabenizar aos demais profissionais que estivera envolvidos no procedimento, e agradecer pela atenção que me dedicaram.
Digo também que o custo pelo procedimento foi o menor que eu encontrei entre as clínicas que pesquisei.
Por fim, nota 10, estou muito satisfeito.
I have just extracted a wisdom tooth, I was seen by Dr Vinícius, I must say...
He is very competent, but, absurdly competent, human, careful, he guided me before and throughout the procedure, he was precise and calm and I admit, I have a lot of difficulty going to the dentist.
I want to congratulate the other professionals who had been involved in the procedure, and thank them for the attention they paid me.
I also say that the cost for the procedure was the lowest I found among the clinics I researched.
Finally, grade 10, I am very satisfied.
