★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela vendedora Reikimar e me informou o preço de um armário de aço. Voltei lá hoje para comprar e estava em outro preço, procon deveria dar uma passada lá porque isso é enganação ao consumidor. E o pior que ainda foi a filha do dono que atendeu super mau educada.

Há muitos anos sou cliente deles e desde sempre eles possuem qualidadade ímpar no atendimento e nos produtos que oferecem.
Na ultima vez, inclusive, solicitei a doação de um móvel para a Associação Grupo Iluminata, que realiza um trabalho com pessoas em situação de rua e eles me DOARAM uma estante de metal em ótimas condições e a utilizamos em nosso trabalho. Sempre indico e sempre que preciso, volto lá!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço a muito mas não compro mais, mesmo a compra sendo a vista via pix tive o constrangimento de ter que PGR um frete a mais pois o gerente falou que os entregadores não subia nem decia escadas .
Então tive que contestar como ele vendia para 《FAVELADO》pois moro em um aglomerado da Leste com orgulho sou FAVELADA mas as compras em dia...
Mas no final vi que era só uma forma de obter o fret....
Thank you very much but I don't buy anymore, even though the purchase was made via pix I was embarrassed to have to PGR an extra freight because the manager said that the delivery guys didn't go up or decide stairs.
So I had to question how he sold to 《FAVELADO》because I live in a sprawling eastern town with pride I'm a FAVELADA but my shopping is up to date...
But in the end I saw that it was just a way to get the fret....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui muito bem atendida pelo vendedor Eduardo, ele não ficou na minha cola ,me deixou procurar o que nem eu mesma sabia direito, pois eu já tinha algo definido e como não achava estava muito na dúvida kkk, porém ele me deixou bem tranquila para procurar na sua loja algo próximo do que eu tinha em mente. Então encontrei um armário multe uso , melhor do que imaginei. Foi tudo perfeito achei o preço dentro do meu orçamento, produto de boa qualidade ,atendimento excelente e a entrega foi conforme o combinado. Estou relatando algo que aconteceu comigo , mas caso vcs não tenham essa perfeição eu não me responsabilizo, não estou indicando ninguém nem fazendo propaganda. Mas se fosse algo ruim muitas das vezes reclamamos e fazemos um escândalo, então por que também não elogiar quando tudo sai perfeito?

I was very well assisted by the seller Eduardo, he was not on my tail, he let me look for what I didn't even know right, because I already had something defined and as I didn't think I was in doubt hahaha, but he left me very calm to look in your store for something close to what I had in mind. Then I found a much-used closet, better than I imagined. Everything was perfect, I found the price within my budget, good quality product, excellent service and delivery was as agreed. I'm reporting something that happened to me, but if you don't have this perfection I'm not responsible, I'm not recommending anyone or advertising. But if it was something bad we often complain and make a fuss, so why not praise it when everything is perfect?
