★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A TopTec é a empresa de instalação de ar condicionado mais profissional que eu já tive experiência.
Já instalei nas minhas sala comerciais ou na residência ar com outras empresas e algumas delas me decepcionaram muito, mas dessa vez eu tive que elogiar.
Veja bem, comprei o aparelho de ar + condensadora com o distribuidor deles, era mais caro que nas lojas grandes? Era um pouco, mas pouca coisa.
Valeu a pena comprar com eles pq o equipamento foi entregue em 3 dias, mas o melhor …
Eu sabia (por experiência) que comprar com lojas grandes pode ser uma furada, se precisar de assistência ou troca de peças, demora uma eternidade!
O pessoal da TopTec fez a instalação no meu escritório, por questões de regras do condomínio, fizeram no sábado à tarde.
Eis que uma peça veio avariada por transporte, eles instalaram o ar e em uma semana, conseguiram a peça com o fornecedor e sem gastos, e de maneira rápida, voltaram no escritório para instalar a nova peça.
Ou seja, é uma empresa que está do seu lado

It was worth buying with them because the equipment was delivered in 3 days, but the best…
I knew (from experience) that shopping with big stores can be a pain, if you need assistance or replacement parts, it takes forever!
The TopTec staff did the installation in my office, for reasons of condominium rules, they did it on Saturday afternoon.
Behold, a part was damaged due to transport, they installed the air and in a week, they got the part from the supplier and without expenses, and quickly returned to the office to install the new part.
That is, it is a company that is on your side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 600r$ para arrumar a máquina de lavar, mas a máquina deu problema em menos de 3 meses.
O técnico avaliou que a troca da peça foi malfeita, ficaram de retornar para reparar um erro deles próprios e simplesmente não retornaram até hoje.
Acho que estão esperando acabar a garantia do reparo.
E a atendente responde como se nem trabalhasse lá...

Chamamos depois para instalar a coifa e foram super cuidadosos e diligentes novamente. O Ednei é excelente no atendimento e o pessoal da equipe de ar condicionado é muito competente também, sabem o que estão fazendo e como resolver eventuais imprevistos durante a instalação. Destaque para o Lucas, o Frank e o Edson, excelentes profissionais. Chamaremos sempre que necessário!

LG, achei que iriam consertar até a placa por ser uma autorizada da marca que decepção,?
A princípio o rapaz falou que era a bomba que ficaria 390.00 reais troca e mão de obra, depois que ele trocou a bomba a mesma queimou de novo ele falou que era um defeito da placa ( falou que a placa estava queimado a bomba) perguntei se ele não poderia consertar a placa ele respondeu que não só comprando outra. No outro dia me falou que não tinha a placa disponível
E ainda cobraram a taxa de deslocamento sem solução para o meu problema só a taxa de deslocamento é 80.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso. Fiz orçamento com eles, o orçamento foi aprovado. Me confirmaram o agendamento e que haviam comprado a peça. No dia marcado mandei mensagem as 09h da manhã confirmando o serviço, falaram que estava confirmado para o período da tarde, as 17h eu entrei em contato para saber se o técnico estava vindo e me informaram que na verdade não haviam comprado a peça, dando a desculpa que estava me falta no mercado. Isso depois de terem pedido até mesmo para eu descongelar minha geladeira, deixar as coisas fora dela. Falta total de compromisso e responsabilidade.
