★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais bons, porém o tempo de espera é ruim. As atendentes não são cordiais, não sabem prazo médio de espera pra que você decida se desiste ou não do atendimento.
Se estiver cheio, como foi o meu caso, as pessoas ficam espalhadas pelo Hall e não tem uma organização para as chamadas, dependendo da boa vontade de outras pessoas para "gritar" por você.
