 The quality dropped a lot. Face-to-face service is better to close than be embarrassed. There is no plate or glass for the customer to eat in the lounge. Terrible !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo não te dão a menor atenção ,o totem pra pedido não funciona e apesar da comida ser boa e o preço bom os atendentes simplesmente te ignoram .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de lugar, fui no sábado pedir um Temaki e ao chegar no local que estava vazio as atendentes que estavam em frente ao computador fingiram que não me viram era como se eu fosse invisível, ficou um clima bem desconfortável, vi um toten lá mas como ia pagar no dinheiro fui ate uma delas e perguntei como funcionava, ela que mal olhou pra mim disse que o pedido devia ser feito no toten e depois ser pago no caixa, fiz o procedimento peguei e senha e fiquei esperando uma eternidade até que resolvi ir embora. Me senti muito humilhada, pior que se estivesse pedindo um favor.
Resumindo comprei um temaki ótimo e fresquinho no sacolão do Jardim da Saúde que fica ao lado.
A rubbish place, I went on Saturday to ask for a Temaki and when I arrived at the place that was empty, the attendants who were in front of the computer pretended not to see me, it was as if I were invisible, it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere, I saw a toten there but as I was going to pay in cash I went to one of them and asked how it worked, she who barely looked at me said that the order had to be placed at the toten and then paid at the cashier, I did the procedure I took the password and waited an eternity until I decided go away. I felt very humiliated, worse than if I were asking for a favor.
In short, I bought a great and fresh temaki at the Jardim da Saúde grocery store next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir que minha filha comprasse o combo número 1 sem um produto chamado tare, minha filha comentou que o atendente solicitou a cozinha e quando ficou pronto ela perguntou, está sem o tare, o atendente confirmou que estava sem o Tare, mas infelizmente veio com Tare, isso só demonstra uma coisa, desorganização, lamentável, se você for comprar, não confie e abra para verificar.
