★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há duas semanas estou em contato diário com a transnorte para entrega do meu produto, fruto de compra no site madeira madeira. Todo dia é uma promessa não cumprida. Meu produto, teoricamente, está parado em contagem desde 26/11.
Não recomedo de forma nenhuma essa empresa. Conselho, procurem saber os transportadores dos sites que vocês compram, e fujam da transnorte cargas.
I have been in daily contact with transnorte for two weeks to deliver my product, which I purchased on the madeira madeira website. Every day is a broken promise. My product, theoretically, has been stopped counting since 11/26.
I do not recommend this company in any way. Advice, find out about the carriers of the sites you buy, and flee from transnorte cargo.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES AND THE REPRESENTATIVE STENIO DOESN'T RESOLVE ANYTHING,..DELIVERY FOR 3 DAYS AND IT'S MORE THAN 10 DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT DELIVERED. THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa nao tem estrutura para fazer atendimento por telefone, Fiquei mais de 1:30h no telefone esperando atendimento para solicitar uma coleta, por fim desliguei e liguei no setor de reclamação no qual fiquei mais 40m esperando atendimento.
The company does not have the structure to do telephone service, I was on the phone for more than 1:30h waiting for service to request a collection, finally I hung up and called the complaint sector where I stayed another 40m waiting for service.

Service is bad. Phones don't work; collection requests are not met and when by a miracle you manage to schedule, it takes two to three days to pick up the goods. I do not recommend this carrier
