As 14:30 dos mesmo dia liguei para saber a situação da coleta e fui informado que não fariam a coleta novamente. Total falta de respeito.
I requested the collection on 12/30/2019 in the morning and confirmed collection but did not come, on 01/02/2020 I called in the morning and again confirmed the collection. At 2:30 pm the same day I called to know the collection situation and was informed that they would not do the collection again. Total lack of respect.
