Infelizmente a transportado muitas das vezes não ficam sabendo, e com certeza não compactuam com essa conduta!
Uma falta de educação, rispidez e arrogância para com minha esposa, que por sorte eu não estava presente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui avisada pela transportadora que o produto chegaria 3/8/21. No dia 2/8/21 recebi um aviso q foi entregue à meia noite, e não foi. Tive que ligar na empresa q comprei o móvel para descobrir o que ocorreu. Disserem que pode acontecer da Risso escrever que entregou, esperando vc reclamar e entregar em outro dia. A entrega aconteceu dia 04/8, sem aviso, enfim, penseinqie acabou a novela. Os entregadores foram simpáticos, mas a caixa do móvel branco, chegou com um rasgo. Ainda não abri. Rezemos.
I was notified by the carrier that the product would arrive 3/8/21. On 2/8/21 I received a notice that was delivered at midnight, and it wasn't. I had to call the company that I bought the mobile to find out what happened. They say that it may happen that Risso writes that it's delivered, hoping you'll complain and deliver it on another day. The delivery took place on 8/04, without warning, at last, thought of the soap opera. The deliverymen were friendly, but the white furniture box arrived with a rip. I haven't opened it yet. Let us pray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa séria. Tudo dentro dos conformes. Tivemos que buscar uma mercadoria (Dezembro) na empresa por necessidade, ao contrário eles entregam, devido ao mês, sabemos a demanda como é. Para retirar exigiram documentos da pessoa conforme a NF, isso é muito bom. Parabéns ??
