★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! A atendente no shopping internacional não sabe nem oq ela faz lá, quanto mais dar uma orientação ao cliente....estive lá hj dia 22/08 as 19hs... pra não ser injusto com outros funcionários.
Terrible !! The attendant at the international shopping center doesn't even know what she does there, let alone give guidance to the customer ... I was there today 22/08 at 19hs ... so as not to be unfair to other employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o cartão pré pago confidence, tentei usar para sacar dólares no aeroporto de Guarulhos e ele não funciona, tentei usar pois me disseram que podia e passei vergonha, agora no exterior funcionou perfeitamente então lembrem que no Brasil não funciona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem localizada, ao lado do poupa tempo... tem um atendimento rápido e oferece preços médios do câmbio.. sempre uso o atendimento on line e vou lá só para pegar valores em espécie ... sempre fui prontamente atendido e as notas em boas condições.
Well located store, next to saves time ... has a fast service and offers average exchange prices .. I always use the online service and go there just to get values in kind ... I was always promptly answered and the notes in good conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas um atendente (atenciosa) pra mais de 6 pessoas esperando. Calor extremo dentro da loja. Só pernacemos na loja pq havíamos comprado pela loja online com retirada nesta loja do shopping.
Only one attendant (attentive) for more than 6 people waiting. Extreme heat inside the store. We only stayed at the store because we had bought it through the online store with pickup at this store in the mall.
