Eu fui fazer uma manutenção de depilação a lazer e duas coisa ocorreram: uma parte foi ma aplicação por parte da esteticista, ela fazia os desparos com uma distância muito grande entre uma área e outra, o que deixou varios "buracos" de areas sem ser tratadas pelo lazer, e a outra foi ineficácia do próprio lazer, areas que ela fez o disparo simplesmente não pegou! Não eliminou nada dos pelos e não fizeram nada para compensar! Eu paguei um valor caro por varias areas, e a desculpa que eu ouvi tanto da gerente quanto da fisioterapia é que "é assim mesmo que o lazer funciona", tentando me convencer a comprar o pacote! Péssimo, não é a prime vez que eu faço esse tratamento de depilação a lazer e eu sei como ele deveria funcionar, pura ladainha. Não recomendo ninguém a ir, não gastem seu dinheiro.

I went to do a leisure hair removal maintenance and two things happened: one part was misapplication by the beautician, she made the removals with a very large distance between one area and another, which left several "holes" of areas without being treated by leisure, and the other was the ineffectiveness of leisure itself, areas that she shot just didn't catch! They didn't remove any of the fur and they didn't do anything to compensate! I paid a dear amount for several areas, and the excuse I heard from both the manager and physiotherapy is that "this is how leisure works", trying to convince me to buy the package! Too bad, it's not the first time I've done this hair removal treatment at leisure and I know how it should work, pure litany. I don't recommend anyone to go, don't spend your money.

O atendimento é diferenciado, o laser é o melhor do mercado, a fisio Daniele é muito atenciosa e paciente. Se eu tivesse conhecido a open laser antes eu nunca teria fechado seções em outro lugar.
I make my laser sections in two different company establishments and the open laser section is fired in quality. The service is different, the laser is the best on the market, physio Daniele is very attentive and patient. If I had known open laser before I would never have closed sections elsewhere.

Paguei tudo ha vista !!!;pedir para marcar sempre com a Dani no começou foi ótimo depois mandaram ela pra outra unidade , e ficaram com muita mentira , o pior é com a pandemia já tem 4 meses que não faço e não se vê interesse para marca as consultas .... Não compraria novamente e não daria boas referências.
I bought a package I believe it's going to be 2 years ago ... I paid for everything ha sight !!!; asking to always book with Dani did not start was great then they sent her to another unit, and they were left with a lot of lies, the worst is with the pandemic has been going on for 4 months and I don’t see any interest in making appointments… I wouldn’t buy again and wouldn’t give good references.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, muito difícil conseguir agendar horário nesse lugar. Minhas aplicações foram pagas em 2020, e estou tendo dificuldade para concluir as 10 sessões.
Nunca tem horário caso vc precise remarcar viu. Parece que fazem de pirraça. E até a gerente da unidade ficou de me avisar caso surgisse algum horário, até hoje nada.
Se essa atitude da OpenLaser prejudicar o meu resultado, não vai ser só na avaliação do Google que vcs vão ver minha insatisfação.
Look, it's really hard to get an appointment in this place. My applications were paid for in 2020, and I'm having trouble completing the 10 sessions.
There is never a time if you need to reschedule, see. Looks like they're being a prankster. And even the manager of the unit had to let me know if there was any time, until today, nothing.
If this attitude of OpenLaser harms my result, it will not be only in Google's evaluation that you will see my dissatisfaction.

Na OpenLaser tive o resultado esperado super rápido, sem dores e um atendimento super individualizado da Eliana, que sempre consegue preços super atrativos. I had excellent results with the Openlaser Vectus laser. Also, a painless treatment, as I've had another experience with a competitor that was impossible to bear. At OpenLaser I had the expected result super fast, without pain and a super individualized service from Eliana, who always get super attractive prices. Nao cumprem horários, são mal educadas. Me arrependo muito de fechar um pacote e principalmente de indicar. NUNCA MAIS !!!!!

Fui indicada e desde a 1 sessão tive problemas…. Mesmo com hora marcada atrasa muito pr atender, sempre espero de 30min pr mais, e agr estou tentando marcar pelo whats e não consigo, nunca tem horário ou desmarcam um dia antes ?
