Liguei p/ me informar mandaram eu ir até o estabelecimento.
Fui lá a bunita,não quis nem atender dizendo q tem agendamento.mais a telefonista disse q eu poderia a qualquer momento sem nenhum problema .
Descaso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Pessoas sem vontade de atender, burocráticas e jogando o atendimento um para o outro. Tentei fazer minha biometria e um funcionário ficou insistindo que não era necessário por não ser obrigatório! Um absurdo, tentando interferir em um direito e uma vontade minha! Um desrespeito e um desserviço aos cidadãos!
Terrible attendance! People with no desire to attend, bureaucratic and throwing attendance to each other. I tried to do my biometrics and an employee insisted that it was not necessary because it is not mandatory! An absurd, trying to interfere with a right and a will of mine! A disrespect and a disservice to the citizens!

Não responde e-mail, desligou o telefone de propósito para não receber ligação.
It never works, the attendant was rude, asked to return the call for a period, I called in the period and the phone just hangs up.
