★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início me atendeu super bem e até começou o trabalho. Tenho 5 aparelhos e o contratado seria a manutenção de 3 desses aparelhos.
Identificou um problema numa placa de dois aparelhos e levou para uma pessoa especializada consertar. Não houve conserto, entretanto conseguimos uma placa usada para substituir em um dos aparelhos.
O pessoal instalou essa placa e o aparelho funcionou. Mas...
O grande detalhe aqui é que após essa instalação o aparelho parou de gelar.
Eu liguei, informei o problema ao Jardel que me prometeu marcar uma data para vir verificar o que estava acontecendo.
Hoje (20/10/2021) já faz mais de um mês que espero um retorno.
Já liguei diversas vezes, talvez mais de 10, e ele simplesmente não atende o telefone.
Já enviei mensagem pelo whatsapp e também simplesmente não responde.
É triste isso, porque enquanto estava no início estava tudo bem, quando começou a dar mais trabalho pra resolver ele me largou e não deu nem satisfação.
Espero que mais pessoas que esteja procurando serviço de manutenção de ar condicionado não passem pela mesma situação que eu. E levem em consideração esta experiência.
E Jardel, se você ler esse meu depoimento, peço por favor que entre em contato comigo, porque não gostaria de jeito nenhum de deixar manchado o seu nome e da sua empresa.
Eu quero acreditar que houve algum problema, mas é difícil, porque já se foi mais de um mês.
At the beginning, he assisted me very well and the work even started. I have 5 devices and the contractor would be the maintenance of 3 of these devices.
He identified a problem with a two-device board and took it to a specialized person to fix it. There was no repair, however we got a used board to replace it in one of the devices.
The staff installed this card and the device worked. But...
The great detail here is that after this installation the device stopped freezing.
I called, reported the problem to Jardel who promised to set a date to come and check what was going on.
Today (10/20/2021) it's been more than a month since I've been waiting for a return.
I've called several times, maybe more than 10, and he just doesn't answer the phone.
I've sent a message through whatsapp and also simply doesn't respond.
That's sad, because while I was at the beginning everything was fine, when it started to take more work to solve it, he left me and didn't even give me satisfaction.
I hope that more people who are looking for air conditioning maintenance service don't go through the same situation as me. And consider this experience.
And Jardel, if you read my statement, I would ask you to contact me, because I would not like to tarnish your name and that of your company at all.
I want to believe there was a problem, but it's hard because it's been over a month.
