I found two cockroaches at the counter and informed the attendant who replied that it was normal. Not a pleasant answer when minimal hygiene is expected in gastronomic establishments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os lanches são muito bons, pena que no atendimento é péssimo, pois outro dia comprei um lanche para viajem e fui embora me esquecendo de pegar, pois me distrai com uma amiga e fui embora. Simplesmente a atendende, que estava preparando o meu pedido, nem me chamou pra retornar e buscar meu lanche. Conclusão,,fui pra casa é quando me dei por conta tive que voltar lá e pegar meu pedido, sendo,ainda por cima, destratada pela funcionária.
The snacks are very good, too bad the service is terrible, because the other day I bought a snack for a trip and I left forgetting to get it, because I got distracted with a friend and I left. Simply the attendant, who was preparing my order, didn't even call me to come back and get my lunch. Conclusion, I went home and when I realized I had to go back there and take my order, being, on top of that, mistreated by the employee.
