★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Comprei uma jaqueta na "promoção" por 99,9 supostamente da Ellus e com um dia de uso rasgou o tecido inteiro. Por estar na promoção não trocaram. Porém mesmo na suposta promoção comprei uma jaqueta perfeita e não descartável por um dia. A gerente da loja que não tem autonomia nenhuma disse que o dono não trocaria e tbm confessou que aconteceu com outra jaqueta e enganaram outra pessoa e não devolveram o dinheiro e nem fizeram a troca também. NÃO COMPREM!!!! Descaso com o consumidor!!
Terrible. I bought a jacket in the "promotion" for 99.9 supposedly from Ellus and with a day of use tore the entire fabric. For being in the promotion did not change. But even in the supposed promotion I bought a perfect non-disposable jacket for a day. The store manager who has no autonomy said that the owner would not change and also confessed that happened with another jacket and deceived someone else and did not return the money and did not change either. DO NOT BUY !!!! Disregard with the consumer !!
