★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, a pior internet do bairro! (Turbo lerdo). Moro do lado, praticamente, e mesmo assim toda hora é um problema diferente. Pra resolver? Só no dia seguinte!! E tem que torcer, rezar e orar para eles vim mesmo, pois tem vezes que é no mínimo 2 dias para consertarem. Consertarem o que o cliente nem culpa tem!! A PIOR DE TODAS!! SUOER RECOMENDO, RECOMENDO CORRER DESSA PROVEDORA. ??

Passei uma semana sem internet e ninguém respondia tivemos q ligar para um funcionário já q a central n atendia
E no momento estou sem internet dnv e dnv a central n faz nada nem atende o celular

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pior serviço de internet de Guaratiba, se a turbo net fosse responsável pelo deserto do Saara iria faltar areia, o poste em frente a central da turbo onde tem os principais cabos da internet é o exemplo como empresa é desorganizada e descompromissada com seus clientes.

Eu li alguns depoimentos de 2 anos atrás.
Mas atualmente e uma empresa horrível.
Passou das 18:00hs e nos finais de semana você não tem suporte, manda mensagem e eles não respondem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço de internet de guaratiba, o consumidor paga a internet e eles falam que não foi pago pelo aplicativo sendo que foi enviado o comprovante! Toda hora a internet fica caindo isso pq é de fibra. Para um técnico ir até sua residência tem que se humilhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. A internet oscila muito, lentidão e cai a todo momento. Suporte é péssimo, ninguém resolve nada, não atendem o telefone. Se ficar sem internet é rezar pra voltar, pq reclamar e abrir chamados não resolve de nada. Não recomendo, pelo contrário sai fora disso.
